Very good experience. Anche se ho dovuto pagare 20 euro alla consegna, cosa non scritta da nessuna parte, consegna puntuale ma troppo lunga circa 20gg con poste italiane, ottimo il sito traker per seguire il viaggio. Cosa negativa mi è stato spedito orologio con batteria scarica, ho speso altri 10 euro per sostituirla, lo trovo poco professionale non aver controllato prima di spedirlo che funzionasse. Comunque orologio originale 100% come descrizione.

L’orologio è arrivato molto velocemente! Circa 3 giorni lavorativi! La tracciabilità era perfetta e l’ imballaggio anche!
L’orologio è fantastico e al momento sembra funzionare molto bene!
Per renderlo più elegante ho montato un cinturino di pelle marrone scuro e il che lo rende molto elegante!

Sito dal brutto aspetto ma dall’ottimo servizio
Diciamocelo, chi è finito qua è perchè ha visto che il sito non sembra all’apparenza dei più affidabili… foto sgranate, nome generico, grafica abbastanza obsoleta. Comunque sia, tutto ciò non conta, dato che viene messa prima di tutto la professionalità, da Singapore all’Italia in soli 3 giorni è qualcosa che si possono permettere solo le imprese che lavorano con serietà. Il prodotto è arrivato integro e ben imballato, consiglio a tutti di prepagare le tasse per evitare sorprese in dogana.

Comunicazione pessima
Comunicazione pessima. Sul sito non si capisce bene il discorso dei pagamenti doganali. Ho ordinato via posta raccomandata con la garanzia che avrei evitato i dazi accettando una scatola non originale e tempi di spedizione di un mese. Invece alla fine ho pagato comunque 25 euro di dogana con il risultato di un prezzo di acquisto uguale a quello dei concorrenti europei che spediscono in 48 ore e non ho nemmeno la scatola originale. Avrei potuto scegliere il corriere e riceverlo in tempi brevi e con scatola pagando la stessa somma per la dogana (se solo fossero stati più chiari sul sito). Non comprerò mai più da loro

Attenzione ai prezzi reali
Ho acquistato un orologio Casio per mia figlia attirata dal prezzo molto competitivo. I tempi di spedizione sono stati lunghissimi inoltre all'arrivo del pacco ho dovuto pagare un totale di €10,70 per diritti doganali e giacenza perché il pacco è arrivato di domenica. Non ordinerò mai più da questo sito perché non è stato specificato che ci sarebbero stati questi diritti da pagare e poi se la spedizione è gratuita perché queste spese per giacenza. Alla fine l'orologio l'ho pagato come su altri siti ma ho atteso più di un mese per la consegna. Sono stati poco corretti omettendo queste spese che su un piccolo ordine pesano. Non ci cascate. Ho messo due stelle e non una solo perché l'orologio è arrivato intatto e, per ora, funziona.

Ho ricevuto l'orologio oggi ma ho dovuto pagare €11,06 di tassa. Un prezzo elevatissimo visto che avevo comprato l'orologio perché costava 28€ con il totale di 39€ lo avrei preso in negozio con la scatola originale e senza aspettare 20 giorni.
