Orologio originale e conforme a specifiche e spedizione efficiente
Ho provato ad acquistare un orologio Seiko, ora difficilmente recuperabile nel mercato italiano, vedendo un prezzo più conveniente rispetto i marketplace tradizionali.
Visto che Creationwatches spedisce da Singapore avevo paura andasse storto qualcosa.
Invece è andato tutto liscio sia dal punto di vista della spedizione che per l'articolo in se.
Faccio notare che se so sceglie la spedizione con la scatola originale dell'orologio l'acquirente deve pagare le tasse di sdoganamento, mentre se si sceglie la scatola "anonima" il prezzo risulta esente da queste tasse, quindi più competitivo ancora, a discapito di un ben più lungo tempo di spedizione. Ma sono scelte.
Mi sento di consigliare questo store a mani basse!

WATCH DAMAGED, NO FULL REFUND, DON’T BUY.
Ho acquistato un seiko snk355 pagandolo 106€+46€ di dogana. L’orologio arrivato presenta un vistoso difetto estetico, chiedo quindi un rimborso per la riparazione o un rimborso totale dietro restituzione.
Mi propongono: 10 dollari per la riparazione (8€ praticamente, inutili) o la
restituzione dell’orologio a SPESE MIE e rimborsando solo l’importo dell’oggetto e non anche la dogana.
Pessimo venditore, pessima assistenza, meglio acquistare altrove tipo watchnation o amazon , spendere qualche euro in più ma avere la certezza di un’assistenza clienti all’altezza.
