L' orologio è molto bello e ne sono contento dell' acquisto. Non sono stato per niente contento, quando con mia grande sorpresa ho dovuto pagate 62 euro di dazi doganali. Non capisco perché questo surplus se abito in Italia!?

Acquistato Orologio Citizen ad un prezzo molto vantaggioso senza spese di trasporto, ma solo in fase di ricezione dopo quasi 10gg ho scoperto di dover pagare le spese doganali. Ho inviato una mail di protesta {si può comunicare solo via mail in quanto rispondono da Singapore) e mi è stato detto che era specificato ma secondo non è così. Il costo delle spese doganali di €95 a DHL ha azzerato il vantaggio di acquistare da loro perché è esattamente quanto avrei risparmiato rispetto a tanti altri siti. Alla fine ho tenuto l' orologio temendo di perdere altro tempo e denaro.

Dal sito si affermava spedizione gratuita in 24 ore (DHL express con clearance fees da pagare al delivery, ma in realtà su 112 euro di orologio ho pagato 48 euro e DHL al telefono mi ha spiegato che parte dei 48 euro erano per la spedizione.
