Attenzione! Non consiglio.
Ho acquistato un orologio Hamilton da CreationWatches più di un mese fa, pagando regolarmente l’intero importo (compreso i dazi doganali).
Il pacco è arrivato sigillato ma completamente vuoto — all’interno solo la scatola dell’orologio, senza il prodotto ordinato.
Fortunatamente avevo registrato un video completo dell’unboxing, dall’inizio alla fine, che dimostra chiaramente l’assenza dell’orologio.
Ho contattato immediatamente l’assistenza clienti fornendo tutte le prove possibili: video, foto, ricevute e comunicazioni con DHL.
Nonostante ciò, ho ricevuto soltanto risposte vaghe, continui rinvii e nessuna soluzione concreta.
DHL Italia, da parte sua, ha confermato per iscritto che il pacco è stato consegnato sigillato e integro, specificando che eventuali rimborsi devono essere gestiti dal mittente, cioè CreationWatches.
Eppure, dopo settimane, non ho ancora né l’orologio né il rimborso.
Un servizio clienti che dopo un mese invita ancora a “controllare meglio il pacco” è qualcosa di inaccettabile e irrispettoso verso il cliente.
Se non avessi avuto il video come prova, sarei rimasto completamente senza tutela.
Di fatto il loro servizi clienti non mi ha aiutato o tutelato in nessun modo.
Un’esperienza profondamente deludente e frustrante.
Invito chiunque a prestare massima cautela prima di acquistare: se qualcosa va storto, rischiate seriamente di restare senza merce e senza rimborso.
