Great service from County Broadband and from the engineer Nathan, we had to move our router to another part of the house and Nathan was excellent in helping with this and advising on how best to get the job done.

For the duration of my current contract, I've found the CBB service excellent both in terms of broadband service and the helpfulness of their personnel.
In particular I must mention DONNA DIXON who went to great lengths to snatch me out of the hands of a local competitor. She was most helpful and accommodating, and deserves a rise.

Nathan Frampton came out to us three days earlier than planned, got us up and running within 20 minutes of arrival. We had a line split caused by a company next door splitting the cable which he repaired straight away. Great service.

Donna DIxon was most helpful, articulate and polite this morning when I preferred to speak to a person rather than do our business via the an email as she was able to clarify and explain a couple of questions.

We’ve been with CountyBB for 18 months now and this was our first connection issue, which, as it turns out, was entirely our fault (a crushed cable at the back of the router). We reported the issue on a Monday, with an engineer scheduled to visit on the Friday.

However, while in the area, Nathan Frampton, our assigned engineer, took the initiative to pop by earlier than scheduled and resolved the issue on the spot! Friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Thank you, Nathan, for going the extra mile — truly appreciated!

Very proactive! Called me before I called them when I had issues with my home broadband and network. Stayed with me until my technical issues were fully resolved. Overall, Leon was friendly, professional and a well informed efficient problem solver.

Having been deluged with their ads and tried numerous times to get in touch to get connected their page tells me 'uh oh' they're not connected here yet. But drops me on a page to register my interest.
Done this twice already, no news.
Spoke to a engineer fitting hardware to the pole outside our gate 'Last year's, he informed me it was Fibre for 'County Broadband' yet nearly a year later & still no fibre & their site says it's not here yet?
Now seeing more of their ads on YouTube so thought I'd try again, no luck :-(

The network is consistently out of service since stupidly signing up 2yrs ago. The provider maintains network upgrading bla bla bla. Paying £49.99 a month for intermittent service. Customer service always apologetic and courteous. I would not recommend 😐

County Broadband have provided us with full fibre Internet with voip home phone service and we are extremely pleased with this service.
We recently contacted customer support for advice on suitable cordless phones with answer phone facilities.
Joshua responded to my enquiry and helpfully suggested suitable products to us.
We then bought a Vtech 2051 duel handset with answerphone and it works really well providing caller ID and answer phone plus other features.
Thank you Joshua you are a credit to County Broadband.

The County Engineer Nathan did a great job sorting the connection and stuck with us liasing with different departments
Much better speeds and service than we were getting previously from BT

Kevin Tunnicliffe was a really helpful guy setting up our fibre broadband. He explained everything clearly and helped us with setting up our mobile phones and tablets. We are elderly and not really into IT so we were very grateful for his help. Thank you County Broadband.

Once I got past general support and got through to technical support the assistance I received (from Korshy) was brilliant. Korshy was patient and knew what he was doing - and resolved the issue. The loss of one star is purely due to having to get past General support first.

We had a problem with the router and Korshy & Leon were very helpful. They sent a replacement on overnight delivery and this has resolved it. Many thanks to you both!

I had an excellent customer service experience provided by Joshua who dealt with my enquiry with attentiveness, sensitivity and empathy and resolved it to my complete satisfaction. He even called me back several days later to assist me with another issue. If only all companies could provide such a good customer service experience.

I run my Business from home and unfortunately the fibre cable was severed.
I phoned County Broadband straight away expected some delay with the repair.
The next morning Leon arrived to view what needed to be done .
The next day I was woken up by Nathan and Leon carryout the repair which included a new cable from the telegraph pole.
All back up on line by 10 am!
I'm sure everyone must agree this is service.
