Quick response and sorted the issue.
Couldn’t ask for more.

Had my install a couple of days ago and Sean Abbott the engineer was great, very courteous and helpful. We now have speeds of 500 Mbps plus!

I have been with County Broadband since they began services on our village on 2021. Early teething problems were minor relative to the far superior speed provided v Open Reach and others from the exchange. Highly recommended.

Kevin was on the way home when he got Leon's call but he cheerfully embarked on what turned out to be a less than straightforward job. Underground is not his area, but he replaced the faulty cable nonetheless. He was probably still here past his teatime.

Sean installed fibre internet at my home today and did a great job. Very friendly and we were up and running quickly. Five star experience. Thank you.

Worst company iv been with, speed is good when its works, get regular service disruption, their customer service is useless same as their website for logging into your account

Phone line is bad at times a lot of background noise & callers not able to get through

After we were informed there was a fault on our line we were visited by a technician who stated we needed a cherry picker to fix the line. Dane and Jamie arrived the next day to my surprise with the cherry picker managed to find the fault, fix the fault and get us back up and running. Thanks guys.

Phone line ordered but never installed. Internet connection dropped at the router so frequently it prevented even simple audio calls. No response received for emails, phone calls, and even a letter by recorded delivery. And when I stopped the payments, these ghouls filed a court claim against me — and didn't bother showing up to court.

Edit: So Country Broadband claim they don't know who I am. Even though they filed a court case against me. Draw your own conclusions

Martyn Can't is a credit to County broadband. He was polite and very professional at all times. Answering all of our questions and addressing any concerns we may have had, taking into account our wishes throughout.

Had Sean come to do an install very quick and neat and tidy also bet knowledgeable about product and explained everything really clearly

Sean completed the installation of a a full fibre 200
broadband line on Monday. He responded to some small requests very professionally, and very neatly installed the router in the same closet as my LAN system. The system worked instantly but took a couple of days to settle down to a very real 200Mbps of both up and download.
Very pleased with the installation, customer service and the speed of the connection now six times quicker than the copper line it replaced.

Donna was very friendly and most helpful. She sorted my renewal and was able to recommend a better package.

Leon, from the Technical Support Team has helped me several times and always goes the extra mile to ensure that the issue has been resolved.

I have recently renewed my broadband contract with County Broadband. Reviewing alternative providers was part of the process. I am elderly, and not as IT numerate as I would like to be. I found CBB extremely helpful, providing a television and telephone service to suit my requirements at a cost lower than the alternatives I had vetted. Inevitability there was an increase in cost, in this case 1£ per month, but a special offer bought my service 600mgps at a cost of less than £50 pm.
My experience over the previous contract period, reassures me that phone calls will be answered by friendly humans and dealt with expeditiously.

Had a service visit from Nathan Frampton. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in diagnosing the problem. He fixed it, and said to come back if the problem reoccurred. It’s been a few weeks and seems fine. I am very grateful.

I had a query about the price of my renewal contract. I felt pressurised to make a hasty decision to renew. Later I wanted to query it and emailed County Broadband, Donna Dixon responded very quickly and sorted the issue for me, very pleased.

Kevin was very helpful and did a great job and also phoned to say what time he would be arriving

Unable to complete urgent work tasks for my job.

Personally a very helpful lady, wish more were as informative.

I have dealt with Scott McDowell on two consecutive days and what an intelligent, polite, knowledgeable member of the human race. He handled all my questions with ease and clarity..something we rarely find anymore and in every way went the extra mile. He definitely deserves extra credit.
