I’ve been really impressed with County Broadband from start to finish. The customer service team are always very polite, helpful and great to deal with — nothing ever feels like too much trouble.

Sean Ablott carried out our internal WiFi installation and he was brilliant. He arrived promptly, was friendly throughout, worked efficiently, and took the time to talk me through the whole setup and how to use the router. Everything was explained clearly, and the service felt genuinely personalised.

Overall, a smooth and professional experience — highly recommend!

I was amazed at the customer service for a issue that I had with my connection, spoke to a man called Scot and explained my issue, he was very polite and informed in his knowledge,explained that is was not a fault at my end and resolved it within 5 minutes and stayed on the phone until I confirmed my connection was back great service on his behalf

Excellent work very experienced all work carried out would give this man a reference any data week very tidy and thank you.

I have had County Broadband for 1 year.
Generally better than average communication on outages, the problem is the frequency of service disruption is too much to rely on when working from home. I have had to keep my BT ADSL supply as a back-up, so effectively doubling the cost of broadband. When the fibre broadband is working it's great...I just wish it was more reliable!

Just had my broadband installed by Sean Abbott this morning. Very polite and tidy installation and clear understanding of what has been done and instruction on the new router.

Our broadband was installed this morning by Sean Ablott. He was friendly, professional and worked quickly and tidily. So far we are very impressed, and very grateful for the really quick and efficient service we have received

When the engineer from County Broadband [CBB] installed my connection, he warned me that there would be a lot of automatic updates and they would take a couple of days to complete, so the speed of the connection would go up and down quite a bit in that time.

When it happened to me, I panicked and chased up the CBB tech-support people far too many times. They were courteous, endlessly patient, and very reassuring the whole time.

Then, at about 10am yesterday, the speed stablised at very high numbers and gradually got even better over the day. It's absolutely stellar now, and I can only say a big thankyou to Keeley and Korshima for their great support while I worried unnecessarily.

Dealing with the office has been ok, always got through on phone and they answered emails timely. Sorted the 1 major problem effectively and efficiently.
WIFI compared to what we had is super fast, no problems so far.

I telephoned this morning to sign up with County Broadband as recommended by a local contact. I wasnt disappointed. The sales person I spoke to (Tim) was very professional and made the sign up process very easy. I wished I done this before as our current broadband provider is very slow (non-fibre). I await with baited breath to get a decent broadband speed.

Often loose service. Just told we have to wait which can often be 24hrs plus. Appalling service, hugely regret ever signing up.
