My husband is being cared for at Westfield Care and Nursing home. He is warm, clean and comfortable and staff are always helpful. I am always made welcome and when necessary any queries being dealt with by senior staff.

Neale Court, my sister and I are very pleased with Mum’s care,a friendly welcoming home with excellent staff and a wonderful activity team providing various entertainments

I hope there's somewhere like Lyncroft available should I need it when the time comes! Staff are friendly, helpful and committed to looking after their residents 24/7. There are lots of activities and services such as the hairdresser on offer and the comfort dog, Rocky, who visits to make it as much a home from home as possible.

Our friend has Been in Somerset House Wheldrake for 2 years . The staff are excellent Kind friendly and very hard working. When we visit we are greeted like old friends . Our friend loves living there, so we feel confident that we made the right choice of care home.
A Big Thank You goes to all the staff for making our friend Happy .

Very caring of the residents

The staff at Neale Court are friendly and informative. They have been caring for my wife who has Alzheimer’s for eighteen months. I can’t fault them in any way. The atmosphere in the home is fantastic and it would be obvious to any visitor. I can’t imagine her being in a better care home.

The staff at the care home are so caring and helpful my mother who is 89 has bean there some 8 months and she could not be happier

dad went into Lyncroft last year he has settled in very well I find all the staff to be caring and considerate and any problems are quickly resolved

All the staff seem to be very professional in dealing with residents and their families.

Can’t thank Heartlands & their staff for taking care of my Dad, he’s not the easiest person to have to deal with but without them I don’t know what we would do

My mother has been staying at Lyle House for over a year. The staff are great. They listen to any questions and take action. The home is spotlessly clean. Daily her room is perfect. They are lovely on birthdays and special occasions, where the chef makes amazing cakes suitable for everyone to share at a party. And lovely Bikky makes everyone enjoy their days with various outings, quizzes and chats etc… the garden is peaceful with chairs and tables for guests to join friends and family. There is a lovely cafe, bar, cinema room and hairdressers all within the care home, which my Mum lives. She gets her hair done every couple of weeks.

My father has been at Fenchurch for the last 8 weeks and I cannot express how much better he is!..he is eating well which he wasn’t doing before, his mind is so much more active and he is getting involved in lots of activities which he really enjoys. He is 96 yrs old and I was getting quite worried about him living on his own even though he had carers in, he seemed to be retreating into himself. He has come on in leaps and bounds. The staff are so lovely and very caring. We looked at a lot of care homes before choosing, and Fenchurch is the one that stood out to us, very welcoming and truly caring. The facilities are excellent, including a bistro, cinema room and bar. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

My Mother was transferred to Belmont Care and Nursing Home in November 2023.
My experience and expectations of Belmont Care and Nursing Home have been second to none.
Everyone, from the domestics, carers, nurses, admin staff and the Manager, have treat my Mother with care and dignity, with her Dementia.
My Mother is in a settled environment, and participates and is encouraged in daily activities, and days out. She also has a very good and varied diet, with an excellent choice of food.
Belmont Care and Nursing Home is presented to a high standard of cleanliness, and well decorated.

I went to see my mother and she appeared to be drowsy not alert and slouched in her chair.And yet a few days later appeared to be back to normal alert and switched on!

My dad has been in Fenchurch House since Jan 2023 and he loves it. The staff are amazing. Everyone from the receptionist to the cleaners, carers and Manager, are all so kind and caring. nothing is too much trouble. Dad was poorly with a flu virus and lost his appetite, the manager was amazing with him, asking what he would like to eat and making sure it was made for his dinner each day, I can’t thank her enough. The head carer is fantastic, always checking on dad and making sure he has all he needs. I am so happy I found Fenchurch House and I am so grateful they look after my dad so well.

My mum has been at Eccleshare Care Home for 1 1/2 years and she has enjoyed every minute. There are many activities, the food is usually very tasty and well presented and the staff are compassionate and knowledgeable to the varying degrees of dementia.

Country court is an amazing company to work for, family run which keep it’s a home from home for our residents
