Easy and fast
Easy, fast purchase. The Janome spare parts were great. The little scissors poor quality, hence only 4 stars. But get what you pay for I suppose

Simply - excellent.
Company efficient, courteous and friendly. Sewing machine broken …. phoned shop … problem understood and promise of postal service. Part arrived a few days later. Incredible as the few days included Christmas Day & Boxing Day. Well done to this Lincoln shop.

Brilliant order processing time
I placed my order right in the middle of the Christmas & New Year holidays and expected a slight delay. I was wrong. The order was processed and received as normal. Well done. Exceptional service.

I ordered an item 2 days before Xmas…
I ordered an item 2 days before Xmas expecting it to arrive after and to my surprise it arrived first thing on Xmas eve. Can’t thank them enough and will be definitely using them again. They have a good range of products and will now be ordering more feet for my machine plus other bits.

Risposta di Couling Sewing Machines
Good morning,
I just wanted to share that this order was placed on a Friday evening, we packed the order on the Saturday but our postage collections are Monday-Friday so this was dispatched on the Monday using Royal Mail Tracked 48 as selected at checkout.
This order was then delivered on the Wednesday - 48 hours after dispatch.
I've just done a quick Google search of the part number and I can't find it cheaper anywhere else.
As you can see from our other reviews we are always competitive on pricing, we use Royal Mail for a quick and efficient delivery service, and we do offer Free Post on orders over £30.
This was a Genuine Brother item, not a cheap copy.
Kind regards
