A friend recommended me to this company as I was looking for an alternative to AO and Curry's. I couldn't be more pleased. Excellent customer service,I ordered online and then had a query ,they were able to find and deal with my query immediately. I had a 2 hour delivery slot on my requested date and then they even called 30mins before arriving to narrow it down. The delivery men, were helpful and carried my oven right into the kitchen. ..would definitely recommended again.

I ordered a fridge freezer at 10pm I received a phone call at 8.50am the following morning offering to deliver it that day as I was going I arranged for them to deliver the following day they arrived on time and fitted the fridge freezer all of the staff that I spoke to were extremely helpful and professional excellent service!!

Mark the sales assistant was extremely helpful, got us exactly what we wanted for a great price.
We visited on a Sunday and delivery was arranged for the next day at a time that suited us.
Delivered and fitted with no problems and took the old appliance away at no extra cost.
This will be my new place to go when in need of electrical appliances.

Two lads delivered a new indesit washing machine on Thursday mrs was not sure how to work it , it would not spin i gave them a call they came back next morning gave her a demo and all is good now, great lads and great service had a few electrical items of them no problems well done WME appliances.

Very good customer service. They did what they said they would do and responded to my requests and questions.
The goods were delivered on time and the delivery men also carried it into my property,opened and checked the product at my request.
The price was also very good compared to other retailers for the same spec product.

I recently bought a fridge freezer, washing machine, and gas cooker from West Midlands Electrical and couldn’t be happier. The staff were very helpful and friendly, prices were reasonable, and the service was excellent. They even fitted the gas cooker and washing machine, which made everything so easy. Highly recommend!

I recently purchased a gas fire from West Midlands Electricals Superstore and I’m very pleased with the whole experience. The ordering process was very easy, and the staff were extremely nice and helpful to deal with.

The item was delivered on time and was also installed and fitted for an extra charge, which was done professionally. The gas fire itself is perfectly fine, looks great, and is excellent value for money.

Overall, a great product and a great service. I would definitely order from them again.

I came across this company on accident as I was trying to resolve an issue that a large delivery company had put me in.

Following finishing treatment for cancer, I’d bought an American style fridge freezer & the delivery courier refused to offer assistance to get it in my property as it would exceed their allocated ‘9 minute’ slot.

Stressed, I called the WME at 11:38. Staff we at my home by 12:30 & left by 1pm.

The service was efficient, effective & good value for money.

I felt at complete ease.

When our washing machine suddenly packed up, we searched the internet for a new one, came across wme, and decided to drive down to them,( local) can’t recommend them highly enough, put my wife’s worry’s/anxiety at ease, very professional advice, ordered a new one there & then, came out next day, took old washer away and installed new one, very courteous guys, this is now our go to place for all things electrical 10/10 thank you Roy adams

Called on the morning as washer had broken and was 10 years old. They had a new one at a good price. They fitted it on the afternoon and took the old one away. Really professional and so helpful.
