Couling Sewing Machines Recensioni

I had been undecided whether to buy the interchangeable dual feed foot, mainly because of the price, which seemed very expensive compared to universal walking feet. It was actually another reviewer that pointed out that the money already spent on fabric for a quilt and time spent making it, it is stupid to then economise on the walking foot when it makes a difference to the finish of the quilt. Couling's offered the foot at a competitive price, the web site explained clearly and I was able to check it was the correct foot to fit my machine. The dispatch and delivery were very prompt. Ordered Thursday, arrived Saturday morning . Was able to quilt all weekend!!

I needed new blades for my overlocker. These arrived quickly and were exactly what I needed. Unfortunately I cannot undo the existing blades so haven’t been able to test these out. I’m sure they’ll be fine when I do get to replace them

Great customer service.

I bought pfaff bobbins and they arrived promptly only to find I had bought the wrong type. After speaking to Steff on the phone I was able to return and have them replaced with the correct type. The customer service is brilliant. Steff was knowledgeable, polite and helpful. I will but again from this company.

Reasonable prices & quick delivery. Not tried items yet so…..

I ordered a selection of embroidery threads, they were a great price. I try to support independent businesses, I have found all the staff helpful and knowledgeable either in store or over the telephone.

Great value for money

I found a replacement foot pedal on this website for my very elderly electric Singer sewing. Using the information and descriptions given by Coulings I made a choice. The service was efficient and delivery on time. The replacement was spot on and fitted beautifully. A new lease of life for my old workhorse.

The order arrived quickly and good condition.
Many thanks

Correct parts but took a while before they were posted.

It arrived in a timely fashion but I haven't had chance to use it yet.

Had in stock an item for a very old machine.
Quick turn around time. Reasonably priced.

I've found their website in Google when searching for genuine Brother parts to fix a sewing machine I inherited. They have a great range of parts at low prices (compared to eBay). Postage was also reasonable, and the package arrived quickly.
Everything fit perfectly; it was an effortless and low-cost way of fixing the machine.

Good value for money & fast delivery. I will be back!

We've just been to Coulings to look at a new Janome sewing machine. The explanations and demonstrations which were given by Hailey were absolutely first class - she was very knowledgeable and very confident. She gave us all the information that we needed to make a purchase confidently, which we did. Thanks Haley!
