Friendly professional service with a smile
Our delivery team Ryan & Bernard were absolutely lovely guys. Very efficient, super friendly, polite and respectful. They unpacked, handled everything and carefully dealt with all the packaging and removed every last piece and took it away with them.
Even when holding a heavy piece of furniture they asked if shoes should be removed before entering the house.
Our item was damaged which was no reflection on them, they were attentive and super helpful. Lovely professional service, thanks guys.

Good communication and easy to deal with. It was easy to get in touch about the order and staff were very helpful. Furniture delivered on schedule. Finally, Matthew and Courtney were polite and careful when bringing the furniture into the bedroom.

Really pleased with my purchases, and the customer service from the Norwich store and the delivery drivers Dani and Nahim today.

Today I visited the Norwich outlet. My first visit but won’t be the last.
The staff were so helpful and friendly made the time I spent there enjoyable.
The items of furniture I purchased from the outlet were excellent quality and a very good price.

Great service
Good, prompt response to my enquirey to Rob in the showroom who emailed me back the assembly instructions for a bed we were considering buying. We then emailed Rob to confirm our requirement to which he then raised our order, sent us a payment link and confirmed the delivery for three days later.

Allowed to look around
We were allowed to look around without being harassed by staff. When we approached the staff, they were helpful and courteous.
We both enjoyed our experience, ordered furniture and bought a reduced item which was kindly brought out to our car, so we did not have to carry it. I intend to return to buy some of the lovely cushions when we have moved into our new home.

We took delivery of an Elkstone…
We took delivery of an Elkstone bookcase on the 22nd January. We have only just today put the books in it. The bottom shelf is bowing under the weight and the drawer underneath will not open or close. The drawers are quite flimsy.
We noticed on your website that your bookcases only have a few books in them. But we bought this to store books! Very disappointing I will be phoning your customer services.
