I've visited 3 times to finally purchase the unit we wanted and each time, Anabel has been the perfect professional, in the help, guidance and reassurance she has given us. She even remembered my name the second and third times we visited, extraordinary customer service and a big part of the reason we made the decision to buy from TCC. So many retailers have forgotten the true value of customer service and the point of difference it brings to you purchase decision, your feeling about making a big purchase and the likelihood of being a repeat customer. The driver Earle and drivers mate Nathan were absolutely brilliant (Van 3).
It was throwing it down with rain, we had new carpets so not easy for them.
We are grateful for the respect they showed with the delivery.

Great staff in the Marlow store, Lexi and Heidi were really helpful and knowledgeable. Super pleased with my solid oak sleigh bed (Winchombe) incredibly well made and a gorgeous colour. Delivery was faultless and Bobby and Waseem so accommodating and put it together for me. Fabulous service all round. Thank you!

Had my table delivered by Robbie and Kyle who were so helpful and professional. They showed me how to extend the table, checked it over and left with all the packaging. Top guys

We exchanged a coffee table we bought for a smaller coffee table. They immediately agreed to change it for us. Two days later the new table arrived and they re packed and took the other one away. All on time, very professional and friendly. Can not fault this company.
