Siu-Pai and Jordan G were extremely friendly and courteous. They treated our home with respect and left no mess. They unpacked and arranged our furniture just as we wanted. They were a pleasure to deal with. Thank you both.

Nick and Alex delivered the unit late in the evening . They were professional and did a great job.

I am delighted with the Classic Cotswold pantry. It isn’t too big to look at but holds an enormous amount inside. It fits in perfectly with my kitchen. The delivery guys were brilliant, they put pads on the feet for me so the pantry will slide easily if I need to move it, without scratching the floor. They handled it carefully and it was delivered in perfect condition. This is the third piece of furniture I have ordered from the Cotswold company. Highly recommend.

Libby the sales advisor was extremely helpful and provided excellent advice and information.

Libby was very helpful and knowledgeable and was able to help in our choice of items to purchase.

She was able to organise a delivery to fit with our requirements and able to add additional services after changing my mind on the way home.

There were a number of actions required and she dealt with all of them in a positive and friendly manner.

My wife and I felt she was a great asset to the Cotswold sales team in the Marlow branch.

I am shocked at how poor the service is from this company. I ordered furniture on June 28th on the explicit understanding that I needed delivery on August 11th which was accepted as a condition of sale. I was promised an email confirmation of order and delivery date. It hadn't arrived by the next day, so I called and was told "been too busy". July 14 still no email, I called only to discover that delivery was planned for that day to a house I'm not currently living in.Eventually I had a call to say it had been cancelled and that my delivery was scheduled for August 12/13, again I said this wasn't unacceptable because it would mean I would have no bed for 3 nights and the date was a condition of my order.I was promised a call back.Even on conclusion of the call, I received a text saying delivery would be on the 12th or 13th, no further call, no further suggestions, so It is assumed I will sleep on the floor for up to 3 nights. Awful service, awful communication, I'm so annoyed I didn't choose another company. The pleasure of a new house spoiled by lack of care and dishonesty at the time of purchase, the sales person knew this was a condition and I have no doubt that's why I didn't get any email confirmation. NEVER AGAIN. 16/07/26 update in response to your comment, as I have still not received an email order confirmation and I am away from home, I don't have access to the printed receipt from the shop. Please speak to the Marlow store who are very well aware of this issue and have stopped communication.

Very happy with the service from Cotswold. The delivery men were brilliant!

We returned to the shop in Marlow, having previously visited to view the range of furniture.
This time we were ready to firm up our ideas and place an order. Jenna Ainsley answered our questions and was very helpful with expert advice.
Jenna helped us place 3 orders to receive the items which were in-stock first, then sofas with a longer lead-time second and lastly bathroom items that were new to the range.
We'd looked at other furniture manufacturers that were similar in design and cost - but Cotswolds' quality and workmanship was by far the best.

The shop experience was excellent and the staff really helpful. The shop was beautifully laid out and easy to find all the furniture examples I needed.

Good products and friendly service

Never visited The Cotswold Company before online but found it to be a really enjoyable experience and the bedroom furniture I have purchased seems to be of the highest quality I shall definitely visit the online sight again, the young lady who took my order was very helpful and professional. Very helpful staff. We had requested some information which they promptly emailed.

We have bought chairs, a table, a sideboard and then more chairs. All very attractive and excellent quality. The service through the Marlow shop has been excellent and delivery has been perfect too. Highly recommend.

We ordered a kitchen larder from Cotswold Company and from beginning to end including the delivery we had nothing but first class service from all involved. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff who really gave the impression that their customers are important. I had a minor issue with the delivery firm in advance of the date. I contacted Cotswold and they immediately resolved it, confirming the resolution by phone and email.

My only slight issue was that the confirmation email I got upon completing the order and arranging next day delivery, was the statement saying the sofa was out of stock and there would be a 5 or 6 week wait! I assumed this was a stock reply, but it was concerning for a while.

This is the second time that we have purchased through the Cotswold Company this calendar year!
Heidi was excellent with our first purchase a Chantilly Bed.
Justin was exceptional with our second purchase Simply Cotswold furniture set.
We have been very impressed with the customet service, quality of the furniture, the delivery and the ease to assemble the parts of the furniture that need assembling.
I would definitely recommend the Cotswold Company for quality sturdy furniture!
