Staff in store absolutely fantastic- a very pleasant experience. Delivered on time by polite and professional gentlemen. We are however, missing a pair of dining chairs and a small table that was added to the original order, has not been assembled. The delivery guys said they hadn’t been paid to assemble the small table. The delivery company were unable to tell me when my order would be completed.

I’m glad to hear that you had a pleasant experience in our showroom and that the delivery team were polite and professional.
I can see that our Logistics team have already been in touch to investigate the missing dining chairs and the small table, and they are working to resolve this as quickly as possible.
Regarding the assembly, I am very sorry that it was not mentioned to you at the point of purchase that one of the items from your order is unable to be assembled. While this information is stated on our website, it should absolutely have been highlighted to you in the store. This has been raised with the Showroom Manager so we can prevent this from happening for future customers.

Pleasant staff & the delivery men were very helpful

lovely store with helpful staff
The store is really bright and welcoming. We were really impressed by the quality and range of items. Once we found what we wanted, Abi was really helpful - she demonstrated the extending table, made sure we were aware of all colour options, showed us matching items in the same range, and talked us through the order process really clearly. We can’t wait for it to be delivered!

I’m sorry to hear the delivery didn’t meet your expectations. A one-person delivery was raised at the point of purchase, and regrettably, this service doesn’t offer room-of-choice delivery or unpacking.

We visited the showroom and after…
We visited the showroom and after letting us have a good look around Liam your salesman came to offer advice.
He showed us the type of wood and designs we could have in that range and prices.
Nearly 100 percent sure we went home to check measurements. Then rang with our order.
We were kept updated with delivery details. The delivery men were very helpful and unpacked, assembled and left everything set up and in place.
They took away all the packaging.
We have purchased Cotswold bedroom furniture a few years ago and now have a lovely dining room too.
100 percent recommend
