It was just a good experience

Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable

We ordered a Hideaway Media Unit which was delivered in good time. When the delivery men left we noticed a manufacturing fault on the inside of the unit. We contacted Jenson in Customer Services who asked for photo’s. He agreed to organise a replacement unit which was delivered the following week. We were very impressed with the speed of the deliveries and the quality of the unit we now have. The delivery company was also very efficient.

Having seen a sideboard in the shop and then taken time to consider, I rang the shop to order through the shop rather than online, as I think it important to support our shops. The shop serves as an inspiring showroom which gave me confidence to order the product and we need to keep these shops open. Whilst in the shop a lady took time to show us options, gave good advice and was very helpful. On the phone Chris was very helpful and efficient and only took a deposit for the item which has a delay of 4months. Ordering online would have meant paying full price up front. Great service all round.

The lady I spoke to at the Harrogate store to order my furniture was excellent. However when I tried to use the subsequent email to pay for the items it needed two attempts to work and I had to ring my bank to confirm it had all gone through. The following day I had another email to ask me to pay ! I called and left as assured this was an error and I look forward to receiving my furniture . So there is clearly a back office issue in how the payment system works

The store is welcoming, well set out and easy to navigate. The staff were attentive & super helpful, happily sharing their expertise and insight. Liam was patient as we took a while to decide between our two favourite sofas, and we left happy with our final choice!

Having the shop is absolutely why we have started buying more Cotswold Company products. Being able to see many items for real, not just pictures online, and having the helpful staff in the shop makes a huge difference, particularly when investing in large items of furniture.

Chris was very knowledgeable about the various sofas and patient while we deliberated and revisited the store several times before making our final choice.

From the showroom, customer service and finally delivery including assembly of our the bed we'd purchased Cotswold were excellent.

The store in Harrogate is quite large and there was a good selection of furniture for us to look at and examine. We were advised by Izzy who was most helpful and advised us well, explaining the difference between each range and the difference in colours. We placed an order for two items we had seen on the internet - one if the items was not available in the store, the other was but not in the colour we wanted. We were impressed with the build quality and finish of the items in store and are looking forward to receiving our order in the weeks to come.

Good experience all round. The dining table we ordered is great quality and we are very pleased with it. Delivery was on time with good communication. We paid for assembly and Vasco and Musawar were great - not only assembled the table very efficiently but also demonstrated how the extending leaves worked and stored and removed all the packaging.

The assistant who placed our order was helpfull and very efficient

Abi the assistant was so helpful. She was patient and made the shopping experience a pleasure.

Nice spacious showroom which is well set-out using full room sets which helped me to better understand how different furniture items, colours and finishes work together. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was served by Liam who was very knowledgeable and professional and I could not fault. He ordered samples for me to review and he was happy to confirm any queries that I had.

Just received my Cotswold bed and side table, very happy with the products, they look great. Hannah in the shop was very helpful too at the time of ordering.
Also happy to have paid that bit extra to have Mathew and James delivery team build the bed and set it up where I wanted it and get rid of all the packaging- they were very quick, efficient and polite- also took their shoes off without being asked! Very good team- Cotswold always deliver a great product.
