Lovely store to browse around and staff always on hand to help but not too pushy!

Nancy at Cotswold Harpenden has been exceptional not only once but consistently on 3 occasions. Each involving 3 super king size beds and mattresses. The information how they could be reconstructed to negotiate a difficult medieval staircases was key to my purchases. Super service, thank you Nancy

But most of all excellent customer service, all the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Especially Ruby who dealt with our order and then we received a follow up email from the manager Nancy.

From the moment we walked into the shop in Harpenden this past weekend, there was a lovely sense of calm and tranquility. Although we didn’t buy anything, I had to write a review on how attentive staff members were and how helpful. The lady we spoke to was very knowledgeable and didn’t make us feel pressured to buy, as I have experienced in other shops. Once we start renovating our kitchen I will be sure to come back, as there was a stunning larder which would look perfect!

Loving the Cotswold company move into Harpenden . It’s an excellent shop for furniture and for all sorts of soft furnishings. I just bought an excellent value table Lalo.

Ordering on the website was a challenge due to tech issues. Went into store to order. Very surreal experience, I spent a lot on three cupboards but didn’t get a good customer experience, had to beg for free delivery (that’s after agreeing to pay for assembly service). The units are quality and the delivery team worked for hours to ensure they were assembled correctly. Really happy with the investment and the results
