The customer service was exceptional from start to finish. We neeed to delay delivery due to illness, no problem such a great pays well, we love our bedroom furniture.

The sales assistant, Jules, was very helpful in guiding me with my choices. Far better than several of your competitors from other stores in Bath.

Lily at the Bath store was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product we were buying.

Gary and Jake, delivered right on schedule. Took the mattress straight upstairs, Thoughtful and helpful.

First consignment delivery of bedroom furniture was completed on time and efficiently by Simon K and Siu- Pai. They assembled beds and took away all the packaging. First class service and I look forward to them coming back and delivering the remaining items not currently in stock.

We bought a large sideboard with which we are very pleased. It was delivered with panache by SImon K and Siu-Pai who were cheerful, friendly and helpful, willing to cart it 100m along a walkway and then into our kitchen. The staff in the Bath shop were also very helpful and knowledgable

Delivery guys Kyle M. & Matt S. superb ! One of the items being delivered was suffering from assembly problems in manufacture. Kyle & Matt went beyond the call of duty, took the drawers & runners out & reassembled it all on site - thereby avoiding the disappointment & inconvenience of having to return the unit then waiting for a replacement.

The on line catalogue has a good range of furniture and the display in the Bath store was well presented in room sets. The furniture is excellent quality and a good price point. The staff in store and on line were very helpful and communication was timely and clear. The delivery team were on time, polite and efficient, making sure that they knew where to take the furniture and were very careful lifting it upstairs without damaging it or the wallpaper! They took the packaging away and ensured we knew where to contact customer service if we needed them. I would recommend them.

From the start of ordering our furniture a media unit and large coffee table the service has been outstanding. We are having an extension built and had to push back the delivery date several times which simply wasn’t an issue which was fantastic. Finally delivery happened yesterday and the two chaps Simon K and Siu-Pia were fantastic, courteous and so professional. The coffee table was sadly far too large for our room, completely our mistake and we called customer service and collection has been arranged for this Thursday, we have chosen another smaller coffee table which will be delivered when back in stock. We just can’t praise this company enough utterly superb

Really disappointed that we can not view the Chester kitchen larder looks great on line however not a store item in the Bath store to take a look at in any colour and size. Would love to view before buying.

Great customer service and delivery.
We ordered two triple wardrobes from the shop in Bath. The sales team were brilliant explaining and demonstrating the options available. We took the plunge and brought the Cotswold simply range. The furniture arrived today and Simon K and Siu-Pai couldn't have taken more time and care with the items. We were very impressed with their professionalism, courtesy and knowledge of the products. They carefully unpacked all the boxes stacked the pieces to make assembly as easy as possible and took all the packaging away.
We assembled one of the wardrobes without any issues and it looks great in the alcove. The other wardrobe has not been so successful as the holes on one of the side pieces do not align up with the screw holes on the other piece. Customer service were easy to contact and are in the process of hopefully sorting out the issues.
We can't wait to see the other wardrobe in the other alcove to complete the look of the room

Excellent service from the ordering through to the delivery.

A knowledgeable and very helpful assistant ( Christina) took the trouble to assesss our needs and then find the right item for us. When it turned out that our original choice was discontinued she discuused our options with us, heling us make a choice. She then helped ensure that the ordered item could be delivered when we wanted it. Altogether a very good experience and well worth the drive to Bath.
