Have you noticed that the current Cotswold Company TV advert, does not represent people of colour, not even as the hired help 🤔 it would seem as though signature quality is only attainable, if you're of the whiter persuasion!!

The gentleman who dealt with us was exceptional. Knowledgeable and very helpful. The experience was outstanding.

I went into Store, and although the item I had seen online was not available instore as it was being dis countinued, the staff were able to show me a similar range which I was happy with. Yes I appreciate that grains of wood can vary but will not know this until I take delivery

The assistant (I think her name was Jules in the Bath store) helped us greatly. She was no pressure, but provided lots of information on the different styles of furniture. We placed an order

Mike and Dan, who delivered all our furniture today were professional and extremely advisable. They took care they didn’t scratch any of our walls and insured we were happy with everything. We had a slight damage which was quickly dealt with by Mike and Dan. These two are a credit to the company. I was very impressed and will certainly prepare to send the rest of my products through them.

What a wonderful experience we had with Siu-Pai and Simon K. delivering our lovely tables from Cotswold Company. Exceptionally friendly, polite, and good-humoured. Unboxed outside our home to reduce the mess, carried our bedside tables up flights of stairs with no hesitation, and wanted to make sure we were pleased with our purchases. Just a brilliant experience with these two men.

Super efficient ordering service from the Bath team. V helpful and informative.
Delivery wise Gary and Jake delivering our order were great. Polite, helpful, efficient and effective at everything they did during delivery.

First class service from the Cotswold Company, from the very helpful staff in the Bath office to both the delivery drivers Kyle and Stuart who were really polite and helpful. Would highly recommend them.

Rich and Daz arrived on time and were polite and courteous during the delivery. They did a brilliant job building the wardrobe right where we wanted it and gave advice on how to look after it and the 7 drawer chest that came with it.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff in store. Delivery time was slightly quicker than quoted. Earle and Mark were great bringing the sofas in and checking them over with us. Very good delivery team. Very happy with the sofas - excellent quality.

We visited the Bath store as wanted to see the furniture before purchasing. Great experience, very helpful and accommodating. Excellent updates on expected delivery times and it was delivered sooner than originally informed. Charlie and Kyle J came to deliver and build the furniture. They were quick and efficient and very accommodating when we weren’t quite sure where to have the wardrobe.
We returned one item as it wouldn’t fit and we were swiftly contacted to arrange refund.

Recently ordered from Cotswold Furniture company and from ordering to delivery the whole process was easy with regular delivery updates. Delivery was on time and the delivery guy Gary was really good. Had the bed up in no time and on his own.

Charlie and Kyle J did a great job in delivering a king size bed to a room with really awkward access. They were friendly and got the job done quickly.
