The Cotswold Company - Bath Recensioni

Gary and Ant E were great

Very helpful staff who answered all questions asked and were very polite. Lovely showroom for furniture display.

Had my new table and chairs today ,I am so pleased they are absolutely beautiful ,so much better than the picture .the staff I spoke to ordering these were very kind and helped me with my order , delivery was great .everything super thank you ☺️ one happy customer .

Lovely chest of drawers at a great price. Delivered to my room of choice and took all the packaging away.

A long wait for this item, paid in full in June and delivered today.
This was to match previous bedroom furniture.
I would suggest on long delivery items just 50% should be paid.
It is a lovely piece of furniture and I am pleased with the product.
Delivery team Gary and Ant very capable, drawers had to come out as very heavy before bringing upstairs but all done ok.

Dressing table -
I received text & email messages advising on the delivery time of the furniture. Gary & Ant arrived on time, were polite and friendly, unpacked the dressing table, placed it in the bedroom and took away all the unwanted packaging.
Many thanks

Gary and Jake did an amazing job at delivering my new bed safely. And early in the day so I could get on setting it up. Excellent service, thank you.
The Arlington brass bed is stunning. Assembled on my own which is doable but easier with 2.

Delivery was on time and I was kept informed throughout by the delivery team during their journey to me.
A great pair Gary and Jake who were attentive and helpful in getting my purchase safely into my home.
This is my second purchase and I am impressed by the quality and price of the products from this Company.
I fully recommend them.

Christina offered help to choose a sofa. The help felt as if it was without obligation. Excellent service. Multiple sofas offered. Great Product knowledge. Showed different depths of seats and sofa sizes. No judgement in looking for vegan materials.

The store is a great place to try the sofas and swatches were available to take home

I ordered The Berkley bed and two bedside tables. Very pleased with the quality of the products and have now placed another order for more furniture
The communication was great, keeping me informed of a delivery date and time and giving me options to change if not convenient.
The furniture was delivered by Ian and Mavino who were just great. Phoned me prior to the delivery and arrived on time.
They placed the items in the bedroom and offered to take away the packing.
Mavino explained the warranty of the products and they were both generally well informed as to what they were delivering.
They were both friendly and courteous.
I would not hesitate to recommend the Company and its delivery team

I ordered a large sideboard from Cotswold company. I paid extra for packaging to be removed and taken away and to choose a day and time slot and everything went through much more smoothly and quickly than I was expecting. There was good communication throughout. Having the packaging removed outside before bringing the cupboard in was a real game changer for me. The delivery men were polite and efficient. I've used this company a few times now and highly recommend them.

Christina was extremely helpful. Looking forward to our new furniture which looked lovely in the store.

A very good service. Delivered within time scale given, plus a phone call to update on exact time.
Delivery man was very friendly.

I received my first delivery of furniture yesterday and was very pleased with the quality of the items. They were delivered by Morgan and Jacob who were a pleasure to deal with. They were professional, courteous and a great advert for the company. A great company to do business with.

Both Gary and Jake were very helpful when delivering my bedside cabinet. They unwrapped it and placed it in position upstairs. Both were polite and respectful.

Friendly, helpful and polite
Could not fault any element of the service

Sal was fantastic and so helpful. A pleasure to spend our money with and the products are perfect for us thank you.

Charlie and Kyle J were amazing how they kept the delivery as quiet as possible so early in the morning!!
I would love them to do future deliveries from Cotswold

Fantastic customer service from Christina in the Bath Store, she couldn’t have been more helpful

Ian and Harmon did a great job at bringing everything in and up to the bedroom, very nice guys who got straight on with assembly. Excellent, showed me the results, cleared up well and took away all the rubbish.
Millie and the staff at the Bath showroom were amazing in the choosing and ordering stages.
