After what seemed an absolute nightmare…
After what seemed an absolute nightmare waiting to then have a mix up on address (not cost cutters mistake) Abi solved this and managed to get another chair out for us today as the other one was sent back by parcel company. This was very important to my autistic son he has been fixated on the same chair at school! We have a very happy boy today thank you so much Abi for managing to get this sorted you have honestly made a little boy very very happy!! 😃

Customer service is non existent they don't answer emails .Tried to cancel furniture ordered in April cant deliver June/July you cant cancel via telephone has to be email . NEVER AGAIN

The online site was easy to use, and the follow up from email and telephone when I wanted more information from Abi Hart was quick and helpful. A telephone call is important i think as you are able to ask questions or queries that a choose one below doesn't always have. Plus you feel the query has been understood.

Always pleased
Delivery times on tables and chairs was much quicker than originally scheduled. An issue with one of the chairs was resolved quickly, and Abi Hart maintained clear communication throughout the process.

Really bad customer service, we were promised a fast delivery, only to chase it after 10 days and realise that there is no stock and it will not be delivered at all.

We sincerely apologise for not being able to fulfil your order. Unfortunately, the item was discontinued by our supplier, and we weren’t notified until we followed up on your behalf. This doesn’t meet our usual service standards, and I apologise for the inconvenience caused.

I would recommend the laminated wall nut table top. The product is of very good quality. Good price. Next day delivery.

Extremely helpful customer service staff
Abi and the rest of the team went the extra mile to swap out some chairs for us. They were all extremely attentive and managed to do this the next day, which was super efficient
