Good selection, good communications with team member discussing preferred delivery date.

Items arrived as expected, good delevery team, items were well packed. Flat pack version clear insructions, not sure whether I could put the packaging in the recycle bin.

The process was easy from start to finish. The tables and chairs have made a real difference to our pre-school.

We still have not received our order.
I believe it is on its way.

Bought 2 desks for our new office. Arrived on time, exactly as expected.

To be honest this is my first order and not received the items yet…but experienced putting items in the basket, to sort an account out…just going through payment to discover that on the website a discount voucher appeared because I put things in the basket and it must have been timing out and only saw it when I was paying..so had to pay in full..

Ordered the item nearly four weeks ago. Still no sign of item. No communication from them unless I initiated contact. Unacceptable service levels. Would not use again.

Well I do not have an Invoice for our purchase and we are still waiting for the Item ordered to be delivered.

Well made bench, thought delivery was a bit expensive as I thought it was coming made up. Had to build bench which was straight forward and was very happy with it.

Ordered bench by phone spoke to Stephanie who could not have been more helpful.Bench arrived right on delivery date .It is a top class piece of outdoor furniture No hesitation in recommending Cost Cutters .

Several items were delivered damaged and arrived 3 weeks after ordering instead of 7-10 days as advised when ordering them.

Product wasn't delivered complete, had parts from a different product, have emailed company twice and no response

I bought one of costcutters bench in August to put as a memorial to our family members at our cemetery. I couldn’t believe how good and sturdy the bench was. The process to buy the bench was easy and straight forward ,waited 6 weeks like they said and delivered on time. Looked great at the cemetery until someone crashed into it and drove off without telling anyone. The bench had been screwed down before it got hit. There was a bit of damage to the bench one of the braces under bench got broke. I strongly believe if this had been a flimsy bench it would of been completely broken and unrepairable . Anyway I contacted customer service at costcutters by email and got an instant response to see if I could of got spares to be able to repair bench, and to my surprise they were very helpful. I could of got new parts but we were able to repair without needing the parts. But it is reassuring to know in the future if we need any parts. I can’t thank costcutters customer service enough what a great business.

I ordered a Memorial Bench from Cost Cutters UK and I can honestly say that I cannot fault this Company at all. From our first enquiry to ordering and organising the plaque, Lucy and Stephanie were so helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Delivery was so easy and the bench itself is absolutely beautiful!

The bench arrived bang on time and it is stunning . Never thought it would or indeed could be this sturdy . The missus loves how comfy it is . Also the two guys who delivered the bench were brilliant . They didn't have to bring it around the yard but they had no problems doing so .THANK YOU SO MUCH GUYS .

Would give 0 stars if that was an option. We ordered rugs for our school mid January and still have not received. Call backs not followed through. No update on order. Was promised if we phoned 26th August we would have a date, they could not provide one in the end. I would suggest avoiding as this is not the first time we have had issues

Lucy Cook was my point of contact and despite having one of the desks arrive damaged, she resolved this swiftly and at no headache to us. The desks themselves were fantastic value and I am impressed by the quality. I was able to call or email Lucy for an update on delivery times and she would find out for me, making it so much easier to coordinate an office shuffle around.

Chairs arrived in perfect condition very happy with quality colour and design just as expected the delivery was excellent to my door very nice young man all in all very happy with purchase thank you
