Used a few times now & always a great service, they just fixed my water-damaged MacBook Pro

Charles and Emily are fantastic! if you ever need help with your tech troubles, I can not recommend Console Clinic enough!

Really nice, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Kept up to date with repair status of my two laptops and everything sorted with no fuss. Very pleased and would definitely recommend.

Took my Nintendo switch in for water damage and came out with a brand new switch (not literally) absolutely great service and quick too!

Great service .Phone needed charging port etc cleaned and now working perfectly.

For the second year running they have repaired a PlayStation belonging to my grandsons
And had back in a quick time with no issues

Fast and efficient service

Very efficient .I needed a new battery for an iPhone 7 just dropped in and left the phone for 2 hours and now like a new phone

I would just like to thank the two female staff (Becky & Alarnna - Wickford store) that I spoke to on the phone yesterday (13/11/24), once in the morning when I called to see if it would be ok for my teenage Son to bring his iPhone down after school for a new screen & for me to call the shop when I knew he would arrive to confirm it could be fixed & the cost so I could arrange necessary payment.

I then called back in the afternoon to see if my son had arrived & i was told he was in the shop & the phone was just having a few more checks.

Thank you for making my life a little less stressful by being so helpful, understanding & co-operative. Thanks again 😊

Great service from console clinic. Repaired the disk drive on my Playstation 3 slim. Friendly service, great price and only took a few days. Recommend.

Took my water damaged phone in that hadn’t turned on (after a trip down the toilet) for nearly a month. After realising it hadn’t backed up and thinking i had forever lost my precious photos I had it back, fixed, with all data still intact in 24 hours! Absolutely over the moon! Would definitely use again, thank you guys!

What an amazing company and so glad I found them I had a expensive graphics card that was faulty sent it in and they have diagnosed the problem and ordered parts to fix it,the amazing staff were very knowledgeable and will only trust these people with any faulty stuff I have now.

Was strung along by another company for almost a fortnight to be told my water damaged phone was unable to be fixed by them and to take it to a specialist to try versus have data recovery. I thought I would give another local business a try before this.
I dropped it off to Console Clinic Wickford and within 3 days had a fully functional phone, all data safe and sound. Their communication and pricing was brilliant.
The data on my phone was very precious (photos of my child all the way since birth which somehow hadn’t been backed up), and I was so distraught at the possibility of losing them. I am so very grateful for their help.

What a great service. First interaction it was clear that the technician serving me was knowledgeable and also very polite. She explained to me the price, what they recommend to care for the device and also what was entailed in the service of my son’s PS5. I was also impressed that there was a pre-check on the device before they took it which showed me their professionalism. The service was complete pretty quickly which has solved the overheating issue the PS5 was experiencing. The impression left with me is that this company has great service and also staff that care about what they are delivering which makes a difference. Definitely recommend using console clinic if you have any problems. And also just to mention the price was very reasonable!

Turned repair around inside a few hours - recommended service and photos sent showed the dust and muck inside and this was carried out the same day too. Friendly staff, all good thanks.

This guy in the shop is brilliant knows his stuff and do helpful , sorted a few issues out with my wife’s phone , he’s also unbeatable at rock paper scissors lol
