Service quick and easy turnaround very happy ;Child!

This is the second time around using console clinic they quick reliable and cheap and also very professional

I took my iPhone 14 for repair the other day after it suddenly stopped working after 2 years. Apparently, the software had failed and needed to be reinstalled. The issue was resolved within one working day, which I was very happy about.

Communication was very good and I was provided with great service. I’m really pleased with the experience and will definitely recommend this place.

I use this shop a lot and Kyle is a magician I’ve had loads of work done by him and everything has been done on point and never had any issues so if you have any issues with your phones console or anything tech.just pop into any of the stores and you will not be disappointed also all the staff are lovely and very very helpfull and know what they are doing. I took my phone in today and was served by Becky who was very helpful. She sorted out my problem and was friendly, courteous and polite.
I would highly recommend.

4 th possibly 5th item I have brought into this shop and I can’t sing there praise's enough! I’ve always used the Elm Park branch and Emily and Charles have always made sure everything runs as smoothly as possible ! So friendly, helpful with anything you need! I just got my little boys iPad back off them after he stood on it and it was completely cracks done within 74 hours had a phone call to come and collect and he couldn’t be happier ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent service, quick and reasonably priced

Avoid Console Clinic at all costs.

I took my phone in for a simple screen replacement after being quoted £75. When I arrived, the price had suddenly gone up. The girl behind the counter actually compared it to the stock market — apparently, screen prices “fluctuate.” Right — and if the price had dropped to £50, would they have passed that saving on to me? Not a chance.

Still, I needed my phone urgently for business apps, so I agreed to the new price just to get it fixed. That was the beginning of a three-month nightmare. They originally quoted a 7-day turnaround. Two weeks went by — nothing. I called. They claimed they had trouble sourcing a screen but “might” have one now and would call me. Two more weeks — still no call. I rang again. Now I was told the phone needed a new bezel (an extra £15), which I found odd — I’m pretty sure my phone model doesn’t even have a bezel.

Another two weeks — silence. I chased again. Now the story was that every replacement screen they tried had a fault. Excuse after excuse, delay after delay. This circus dragged on for three months.

Eventually, I’d had enough. When I went to collect the phone, I was told it had mysteriously gone into “safe mode” and they couldn’t get it out. No apology, no real explanation — just that I could take the phone back and they’d refund me £85. How generous.

Console Clinic is a complete joke — disorganised, unprofessional, and totally untrustworthy. Do yourself a favour and go anywhere else. I wouldn’t trust them to change a phone case, let alone do an actual repair.

Polite and friendly shop staff. The repair technicians kept me informed of issues they discovered and suggested remedial options. When one option didn’t work, they tried another. Unfortunately, the laptop was beyond economical repair. Nonetheless, very impressed with the efforts made to save the laptop.

Wouldn't recommend for selling devices!!! Disingenuous staff who made up lies stating my device's NFC didnt work, however once I collected the device back and ran the diagnostics on the Samsung members app myself, guess what? No faults with the device at all. I then sent the device to Mazuma Mobile and once they had received the device they also ran their diagnostic tests on the device, guess what? again, NO faults with the device whatsoever. Not only that, Mazuma Mobile also paid me £50 more than Console clinic originally quoted too!

When I go in the shop the staff are always very very nice and friendly and they all know what they are doing.
