The HDMI port on my xbox series x and I googled for a repair company.
Luckily I chose these. After booking the repair online at the weekend I was called by them Monday morning and arranged sending it with the label they provided.
Thee repair was quick and the console back here working in time for Christmas. Would recommend to anyone needing a repair

Steve and his team were excellent. My son’s switch stopped charging. We sent it to them, they sorted it and returned it within a couple of days.
I will definitely use them again, if anything needs repairing.

Tried a few local repair shops but none would even attempt to fix my PS5's 3 beeps of death power issue. These guys repaired it no problem, even quicker than originally estimated and took care of all the arrangements to pick up and drop off of the console. Very happy

The repair was quick, clean, and 100% without issue. sending the console off was no issue at all, and it came back within the time frame they gave me. I was a bit nervous about sending it off but I needn't have been, these guys were great, and kept in touch all the way. They could have sent it over to me quicker, but called me to give me an option as it would mean my device was in a delivery depot over the weekend. We all thought it would be safer if they held it an extra day themselves and keep it safe. Not many companies would have taken that level of care.

During an interior clean, I made a major mistake: I was a little too heavy-handed and managed to detach my PS5's cooling fan from the motherboard. My reliable local technician, whom I've used for 12 years, tried for 10 days but couldn't fix it.
