We received a warm welcome. friendly and professional service. Frank discussion after evaluation. James discussed options to correction of fault, no jargons or pressure. This is my second visit here. I received excellent service and got my phone functioning.

Very friendly & helpfull!

It went very well easier than expected very highly professional my phone was repaired in such a quick time and i could not tell that my phone as a cracking screen before. just went for a walk and back and its was done and looking like its was new from when i just got it. Glasgow Branch in St Enoch’s. My iPhone was not charging and reported it through my insurance. Got told to take it into local shop for repair. Lots of emails indicating a suitable time for the shop. Whas told an hour to fix and when returned phone fully working and charging. Two weeks later informed them that the loudness has gone. After returning to shop informed that the loudness was not to do with earlier repair but would fix any way. Great customer service, friendly and helpful staff. Thanks

I had a major problem with my phone, I went to the wizard Ali who fixed my phone.
Would recommend.
Friendly, fast and efficient service.
The problem was resolved.

The staff member was really helpful by fixing my phone screen, and he took it a step further, by cleaning it for me and putting on a screen protector as well.

So thank you for that.

Ali is absolutely incredible. After getting a ridiculous quote to get my phone repaired by EE (even though it's still in warranty with Three) Ali repaired it in 20 minutes and it's like brand new....and it didn't break the bank.....I'll be coming here for everything in future 🙃

I have dropped my phone twice in 2 months now and had it repaired both times now in pocket geek glasgow. Services was fabulous, staff were exceptionally courteous, particularly Ali who was so polite and friendly. My phone was also repaired really quickly. I'd highly recommend them.
