Both so friendly and helpful! Would defiantly be buying my car there from now on (if I ever change it) defiantly worth the 2 hour drive!

Fabulous service. This is my 2nd car with Concept Car Credit. I had my first car for 3 1/2 years. Sam, my sales person, was fantastic and couldn't do enough for me (photos, phone calls and even a video call) to make sure I got the car I wanted. Highly recommend this company

Gaz was a pleasure to deal with there was no pressure he went above and beyond to make sure we got the car we wanted two days before our baby was due . He even managed to give us a great price on our car . 16 years buying cars and I’ve never had a deal run as smooth . Highly recommend! Thanks again gaz

Excellent service highly recommended

I got my car a week ago from concept car credit, I can’t fault anything from start to finish, a huge huge thank you to Jamie for all the help! It only took 2 days from start to me picking the car up, again thank you to everyone, especially Jamie

Honestly I couldn’t have asked for a better company to go with.. these guys were my last hope and they got me a finance kept in touch with me throughout all the proceedings. A very big shout out to sam. She was amazing with me she kept me calm throughout it all answered all my question even if they were silly.. even checked on me during the journey down to Manchester as I was travelling down 34 weeks pregnant and with my 2 years old child.
Honestly she was incredible and I couldn’t of asked for a better person to handle my car finance experience.. so thank you very much

Got a Renault Kadjar from them, nice car, customer service at time of collection was ok,started having issues with the car and was told to go to there selected garage and all will be resolved, didn't happen, went to dealer and was told to use warranty company, had car checked and warranty (Handler)wouldn't cover any of it,spoke with Finance company who were mediating between me and dealership, who then started to ignore finance company,Dealership wont accept rejection, now in the hands of the FCA

Great service have a few cars from concept

I cannot praise this company enough. They actually treated us like human beings and looked at our individual circumstances. They jumped through hoops for us to get us what we needed. No pressure either. Even down to the very relaxed telephone calls and the contact with my advisor. They feel like family now. Brilliant, cannot recommend them enough and will be recommending them to anyone who is struggling to get support to buy a vehicle.
