I gave my information to compare the market specifically with slightly different spelling , I did not got through with any change . However I have been inundated with callers from INDIA trying to get me to change energy providers. There is no doubt they are selling your info and you will get ongoing calls. No one else had my name spelt wrong, DO NOT USE, they are scammers

I accepted the Woolworths car insurance offer as it was a great price and included a couple of perks one of which was a $20 Wish e-gift card. The process was easy and saved me so much time comparing prices myself.
But I still HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE GIFT CARD which is very disappointing. I contacted Woolworths about it but they have said it is up to Comparethematket to issue it.

Have just finished speaking with Aidan regarding switching health funds. Helpful, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Aidan should write a manual on excellent customer service. Compare the Market is the best comparison site and the only one I would use as every time, I am blown away by their service. Thank you for never disappointing me.

Don’t bother signing up, my phone has been blowing up for the whole day getting calls from different numbers since I used their site to compare electricity provider this morning. THEY ARE NOT LEGIT! So annoying.
Even called to ask to REMOVE all my contact details, but I’m still getting calls! SO UNPROFESSIONAL! DODGY WEBSITE!

Chatted with the budget direct guy on the phone . Alll good to go ahead . Called back Later to pay When I got home .. spoke to BD again - quote was for comprehensive!!! If I didn’t call back the Dumb guys at BD would have taken a payment for something I don’t need and wasted all thiS time Entering details for something I had searched for only to get a quote for something else . and BD also to blame they are Fn dumb too

I wanted to deeply thank Georgia Wilson for everything she did to help me with finding the right level of private health insurance cover. She turned what I expected to be a stressful ordeal into a pleasant experience. If I could give her a rating out of 5 stars, 11 stars wouldn't be enough. You're an absolute champion and you deserve a payrise.

Filled out the info for a standard home and conference quote and was very disappointed with the results that came back, all between $1950~$2100. entered the same details on AAMI site and it came back at $1340. then I called AAMI and they suggested one small change to the policy to reduce the premium down to $1211. Moral to the story is do your own research or you will get overcharged

Yesterday 27/08/2020 I filled out the compare information for health insurance and was subsequently called by a representative of the company. After spending 20 mins listening to the representative go through my options for health insurance and what inclusions I needed, the representative identified which company would be best for me to go through. He then asked to set up the account with the company. I asked for the information regarding the policy/quote to be emailed to me to read before I agreed to sign up. The representative became aggressive in his tone and refused to email me the information. When I insisted, he put me on hold and then came back stating ‘I have spoken to my manager and I have been on the phone with you for half an hour, most people would jump at this opportunity without asking for a copy of the quote and information regarding the policy’. I again insisted I would not be going ahead with signing up for this insurance without first receiving anything in writing. The representative stated ‘ok have a good afternoon’ and hung up on me.
I would not recommend this company to anyone as a fair way to find health insurance, or insurance of any other kind.

I had a very efficient and helpful person who quickly explained the potential savings. It was then easy to enact the change on the spot. Much easier than I was expecting.

Steve the Kiwi gentleman was excellent. This was my first time ever looking into health insurance I had no idea what I was looking. Steve's knowledge on products was highly appreciated as he knew the benefits and features and simplified it.

He built rapport and the customer service skills was superb and i would highly recommend my GM to head hunt him for our own business.

Changed to Woolworths.Saved $70.00 upfront plus much lower excess. Bonus with Woolworths is that we get 10% off one shop a month. This will add up to $200-$250 in a year!
The process itself was quite straightforward and I found the options available easy to navigate...SO..it's Five stars from me.

Definitely very easy to navigate, well tailored categories and user friendly.
Most importantly its free and you’ve got the option to use either email or number which is handy if you ute the calls.

Compare the Market is fantastic. It takes the hard work out of comparison with all suppliers of services such as insurance.
I was able to compare about 12 car insurers and make an informed choice. Highly recommended.
