Chatted with the budget direct guy on the phone . Alll good to go ahead . Called back Later to pay When I got home .. spoke to BD again - quote was for comprehensive!!! If I didn’t call back the Dumb guys at BD would have taken a payment for something I don’t need and wasted all thiS time Entering details for something I had searched for only to get a quote for something else . and BD also to blame they are Fn dumb too

Called 5 times re my trip still no resolve .
said not eligible for refund even though covid-19 waiver for australia in place .Was assured can rebook trip for no tax or fare increase , only to be emailed 1 week later asking for $700 aud in fare difference even though I rang again few days later to retract this- as I had said he gave me wrong info , even when I read out the Etihad hub website to hime stating allhis mistakes and then didn't do as I had asked.All along am entitled to refund with covid waiver with Etihad .got through the 6 th time today to be told yes can apply for refund up to airline to get back to them to confirm ?! so still unresolved plus 12 weeks refund processing time,4 hrs of my life on the phone to god knows where?Phillipines?
This company SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN! Never again webjet > I have booked many trips in my life you just lost a big $$ customer
