Not happy, purchased product. For 3 days I have been in contact asking where is my order. I was then sent fake proof of delivery documents with wrong name, false name " signed for ? ", then being told it was out for delivery again. I contacted courier who advised parcel was still at depot. Spoke again to customer service who again advised an attempt delivery was done for a second time, still waiting. After contacting Comet Customer Service again, was informed this would be followed up and a 3rd delivery was scheduled but can not give a time ?.
So a 3rd day waiting on a " delivery ", this is beyond a joke ........ Rather shop somewhere else with professional service

Happy with the product. Sales experience was OK in store, other than the Rep. I've managed regulated sales for over 20 year. If the sales pitch for the insurance had been recorded and reviewed, the Rep would get suspended instantly. "What I recommend you do, what I think is", didn't take us through key facts or any disclosures. True mi's selling. What she didn't say was the equivalent product direct from the manufacturer what £2 per month cheaper. Only comment from her on the manufacturer was "they take ages amd we sorted quickly. Bad information and giving advice advise and recommending when not authorised to do so

ordered a ninja air fryer and pair of headphone both delivered the next day with full tracking. spot on service would use again

Product was at a great price which made us decide to buy from Comet. Delivery was excellent also, and our product is now being put to good use !!

Your price for my microwave was the cheapest I came across.The dearest was almost £ 40 pounds more.
Delivery was prompt and I was impressed with that.
I am delighted with the microwave.

Washer dryer was delivered as promised. Old one taken away along with all the packing material. Price was good and delivery from a local source.

Made an order for a PS5 Pro Using Snap Finance, order goes through. Gets a delivery notice with tracker. Order gets cancelled. Goes to order a PS5 Disk Edition - gets an order for a PS5 Pro on an agreement.

Then told Comet won't ship it because an order for the Disk Edition didn't go through on Comets side after an agreement with Snap was amended.

Still no console.

I ordered a toaster. There was lots to choose from, many different colours. It was securely packed. Very happy with purchase.
