The product is what I had ordered and I am pleased with that but there were some delivery issues. When I clicked on 'track my order' it directed me to a FedEx page which never got updated. After several days from placing my order I contacted (again) Comet to find out where my laptop was, and I was eventually told that I had missed the delivery. However, no delivery card was left and FedEx still gave no updates. Turns out, it was delivered by UPS and I had to go and collect my parcel from a shop which wasn't close to where I live.

Disgraceful ordered my son a AOC gaming monitor my son opened the product and screen damaged told me to contact the financing group I purchased it off I explained my consumer rights etc to be fobbed off by both parties meanwhile my son had no present for his birthday

Your order was placed on November 2nd and delivered on November 7th. However, the issue was only reported on February 3rd, which is well outside our time frame for reporting any faults or damages. As with most reputable retailers, we require any issues to be reported within a reasonable time after delivery to ensure they can be properly addressed.
Unfortunately, as the damage was reported nearly three months after delivery, we are unable to assist further on this occasion. We appreciate your feedback and regret any inconvenience caused.

Cooker I ordered seems ok so far it was the delivery that was the let down ordered for a Saturday and on the Saturday morning got a phone call to say the driver had called in sick.Had to wait till the following Saturday and it was an hour later than the 3 hour time slot

Drip pricing policy
Comet was a great retailer until they stopped trading..but online comet is not the same anymore because underhanded tactics like drip pricing .after contacting the customer services fobbed me of with small print .will never use again .
HOTPOINT who delivered and installed my inset oven will give them 5 stars for outstanding service ..
