I got 2 things from you and one of the things didn't come you said you couldn't find my address but you found my address for the other thing I got how that when one delivered but other one didn't

Brilliant lightweight laptop bag and such a lovely colour. Ordering online was easy and delivery was within a couple of days. Very pleased with the bag and the service.

I placed my order but it didn't get processed the first time, called customer service who said they had no such order,
I ordered again and recieved confirmation this time , however I recieved no other communication or update on the order until it showed up two weeks later unexpected and was left outside by delivery company (item was high value) item was fine and no issues with the product.

The item I ordered was faulty, no fault of Comet, and it was refunded no problem.

Look out for bargains at Comet, they often have off-the -piste items amongst other white goods they sell.

First time purchasing an appliance with Comet and based on this I was very happy.
Price competitive, free shipping which very few offered and an option to recycle the old one.
The delivery company Comet used were equally as good too so overall really impressed.

The steam I bought from comet is not good quality. I wanted to return within 3 weeks of purchase and they refuse my return and said return is only available within 2 weeks. All other companies giving 28 day to return. But comet is the only one who allow you only 14 days. Very bad experience.

Great communication and goods delivered as arranged.

The washing machine is fabulous and not a mark on it. However in the email I received it said the men would unwrap the item so I cud check it before I signed and then they'd take the rubbish away. That's not the case I'm afraid ... he made me sign for the washer without an inspection and when I asked him to unwrap it he scowled at me and said no we dont do that. Not very happy as I had to do it by myself as my partner is disabled and cudnt help me.

We ordered a microwave:-
Delivery was delayed due to Evri. Not Comets fault but this is their chosen delivery company.
The microwave was evidently dropped during the delivery process. Having followed the Comet procedures for such an issue we did eventually get a refund but that took a week. Sorry, not impressed

Website easy to navigate to search for products. Products competitively priced. Easy to order and pay online. Delivery exceptional. All in all a most satisfactory shopping experience.

Excellent hand held hoover for car and home! 2 power settings, low and high, excellent dirt pick up and clean up after granddaughter has visited… Could do with a wee brush attachment but other than that, deffo recommend… Very user friendly and simple to empty! If you need one. This one is great and got the sale price 🤩

I bought the Acer Aspire5 as a cheap, basic laptop and it is certainly that, basic that is. Just about does everything needed for day to day use and for the price adequate but next time I will spend that extra few hundred for an upgrade.
