Danny & Josh did a fantastic job replacing windows at my property recently. Couldn't fault the service, they were on-time, polite, tidy and got on with the job at good speed. The windows are beautiful, high-quality and make such a difference to the look of the property. I had used CN Glass previously to replace other older windows at the property as well as an old uPVC front door with a new composite door, and their service has been consistently good across both jobs. I would recommend CN Glass to anyone looking for a trustworthy, reasonably-priced company for their windows and doors.

Initially, we were slightly hesitant as there was a big chunk of money to pay upfront before the work had commenced.

We were very quickly reassured and cannot recommend CN Glass enough!! The scaffolders were charming and hardworking, and the men who installed the windows were absolutely lovely and did a cracking job.

We have one more main window to replace and will not look anywhere else but will get CN Glass on the case.

For a Monday morning job, John and Josh's approach and demeanor were professional from the outset. Having worked with the academy in the past strengthens that relationship and trust. Top lads in every form, where our learners can return into a classroom with a brand new double glazed window.

The phone is answered promptly, the people are pleasant professional and responsive. The emails are very good and they completed my need of a patio window replacement swiftly.

Extremely efficient, on time, very helpful, great customer service

We had a cracked shop window in Banbury - contacted CN Glass who quoted over the phone and then came the next day to do an accurate survey - the actual quote was significantly less than the phone one, which was a most welcome surprise.

The workmen removed the large pane and returned with the new one. Very clean job (we didn't even shut the shop) and virtually no damage to the old beading and paintwork. Better than we dared hope. Thanks all round for a good job done.

Pay for a handyman to be at the property because it’s a rental property of mine agreed 1030 appointment no one showed up. I’m paying an hourly rate for my handyman apparently the Glazer is running late and he’s gonna be there at 12. No courtesy call and didn’t want to pay my handyman for the wasted money avoid this company. It’s not relevant that I paid for someone you don’t have the decency to say you would be an hour and a half late 10 mins fine but an hour and a half with no call is a disgrace. Still you will get found out so all good with me

Great customer service from all team with Chris being the leader of the project, The windows and door are good quality, the install was complete in time and no need for repairs from us around the frames after, a very smooth and enjoyable experience. Used CN to replace some blown double glazing units. Previously we have had doors installed. Always very responsive and friendly service. High quality work that we are very happy with.
