I received an e-mail from them saying the order was complete. After waiting for a longer time than expected, I replied to them but my e-mail came back undelivered. I tried another e-mail on their website, but the same happened. But then my garment arrived the next day. However, it was the wrong colour. Fortunately, it was the correct size, so I didn't attempt to contact them about it, as I didn't expect that would be successful.

Tried to order 2nd June. PayPal functionality looked dodgy.
From their website the phone number is not operating.
From their website the search on the Company number listed is not a valid companies house company so ficticious.
Emailed my query but no response.
After ordering and then reading some reviews I thought I'd made a mistake however my item arrived within 3 days and was as described so no complaints from me 👍
Like others have said I placed an order received emails confirming order & that items had been sent. Nothing turned up. Emails bounce back & phone number no longer works DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Yep it's a scam. No goods and not contactable. I will contact the fraud department of my bank to report them. Just found out they were wound up in 2021 - so why are they still able to scam people. WAKE UP EBAY
Scam. Took my money, closed the order, email bounces back and phone disconnected. Do not use!!!
I read the previous reviews but gave the company a go, I had an excellent experience, I ordered 3 one sided thongs for my partner, I received an email confirmation, followed by an order complete email, goods received well within the 5-7 days lead time, would recommend
This company was subject to compulsory wind up on 31 March 2021. Not clear why the website is still live, buth the company has ceased trading. Companies House has details of where to contact the director Mr David Pritchard if you have any outstanding problems.
Total scam, trunks arrived looking nothing like advert . I returned them , tried phoning and emailing. No reply . Should have read the poor reviews first .
Steer clear of this company
I ordered two item from this company and was only delivered one item. I attempted to phone them and their phone does not receive phone calls. I emailed them on their two email addresses but got no answer. I paid with PayPal who immediately paid me back my money. ( That speaks for itself).
It a pity because the product they supplied was of good quality. Why mess up a good idea.
Item finally received. The swimming trunks match the description but their quality is rather poor. They were not expensive, though...

Just found all the Google reviews for this company but didn't check until after I ordered. I have not received the product I ordered so am starting up the trustpilot reviews to help others. There is a long list of customers including me who ordered from this company and don't receive anything. The company provides emails and phone numbers but they don't answer. DON'T ORDER from this company it is a SCAM.
