After purchasing my daughter a coat the zip fell off within one month. It took a lot of nagging to rectify and they sent another coat. 1 year on the same zip has fallen off again. She wasn’t even wearing it at the time i was carrying it. Clearly there is a fault with the zips on these coats. A shame as the fabric its self is lovely. But I’m left again upset with an upset child at school with a coat that won’t close in this flooding. The zippers clearly aren’t fit for purpose and have not been extensively product tested.It is too expensive to be purchasing one or 2 of these coats a year. Especially when mine my partners and other children’s alternative brands haven’t had any issues. I just wish I purchased her the same

had an issue with posting, took a while before someone responded. They are now correcting the issue.

Terrible customer service! I ordered a Christmas present back in December and it was unfortunately stolen from my doorstep. I understand that this is not the companys fault, however after to reaching out to them to contact Evri, they have taken no action. My emails and WhatsApp messages have been ignored. I don’t usually write reviews but this experience has been incredibly poor.

Great quality product, my daughter loves her Gorilla robe - its lovely and warm for dog walks and easy to throw on after swimming lessons to save time! It will definitely be used lots for trips to the seaside once the weather is a little warmer.

Really excellent. I have several of the products.
The pink changing robe is down to my ankles and at nearly 6ft, that's brilliant. Most others finish just below knees... chilly legs!
I also have two of the original changing robes beginning with D. They are also great quality but much heavier and harder to change in.

The towelling robes are amazing and waterproof. My favourite is the rainbow. People stop me to ask where I bought it. Lots of friends now have them. Again an easy changer and waterproof too.

Then there's the bag... wonderful!
And G robes sent a towel and changing mat as a surprise gift for Christmas. Demonstrates what a great British company this is.
Buy the sets... you will not regret it!

I absolutely love my robe, perfect for dog walks and watching my kids on the sidelines too! It’s so waterproof as well! I have a pink one and I love the colour, the bag is great too! Service was fantastic and communication was great with the Gorilla Robes team when I had a question over sizing. Would recommend!

Exceptional value for a waterproof robe. The robe was so cosy and warm, exactly as advertised! The delivery was fast and efficient and no issues whatsoever.

Really good customer service, ordered a dry robe for my husband that was too big and sales advised to send it back with a note in the parcel to be sent the smaller size in exchange and they would sort it.
It took less than a week for it all to be sorted.
I've had my dry robe for about 4 years and it's still going strong, really good quality.

I bought a waterproof dry changing robe from Gorilla Robes earlier this year and it came with a free towelling poncho. Both have been game changers for my cold water swimming. I can get changed and warm again much more quickly now. Excellent value for money and great customer service. Would definitely buy from them again.

Best £22 Iv ever spent on 2 adult large towel robes! Amazing quality! Beautiful colourful designs. Perfect for wild swimming or beach visits! Love them. Will be ordering more. Delivery was fast and free!! Thank you

Really happy with the quality of the robes, got big change and dry robes for me and gf, lovely choice of colours. The pockets are great in the robes, already tested in the rain and can't wait untill the sea warms up a bit.

I didn’t know what size robe to order but I spoke to a very helpful person on the phone and got the right size ordered. It has kept me very dry on my dog walks.

I was so excited to take delivery of my first gorilla robe. Sadly there was a quality issue with the embroidery, with visible backing taping showing through very obviously, in strips far past the chest motif itself. Very poor workmanship, especially in a prominent position. When I informed the company that, sadly, I would need to return for a refund I received the following reply:
“Hello. Sorry we don’t currently offer any refunds, we are sorry that you don’t think it’s up to quality but we have never had a complaint like this before. So we are going to need better pictures to investigate please.
Thanks”
I found this really rude as I’d been really polite and sent pictures. Also it’s completely illegal to not offer refunds when you’re a distance seller, regardless of faults.
I replied immediately and sent better photos and I really hope they can sort this for me and hope it was just someone having an off day at a busy time of year. No reply as yet!
I cannot recc this company based on this response and attitude to trading laws. Hopefully someone will contact me soon.
**EDIT** I did eventually get a refund after chasing and sending the item back using their pre paid returns and including a letter detailing the issue. No apologies or attempts made to compensate, in words or gestures, for the hassle. Very poor customer service.

I bought a teal medium but had to send back as it was huge, it is a changing robe after all! I wanted this to walk the dogs. While I waited for the small teal robe I ordered a pink small one. I'm 5ft 7in.
They're great for walking the dogs, it's really hard to find a waterproof coat, but these definitely do the job. So comfortable, still roomy as a size small (again, they are designed as a changing robe) and warm, £89, great value.
I've recommended these to everyone I know. Customer service is great also.

Read a review about these robes and decided to purchase 2 along with 2 towelling robes. Initially there was some stock challenges on the colours in the sizes we wanted, but this was later rectified by their customer services team. Whilst working out the size/dimensions we ordered an XL and a Large but when they arrived they are huge so we swapped over and returned the XL's for medium and all fit now.
Deliver is very quick and packaged well. The quality is very good and they do keep you warm once all the zips are done up. There are some side zips so it's easier to access any inner pockets you may have.
There was a slight delay with the customer services team but eventually we got everything resolved and they sorted out speedily. I would recommend these products as not only are they a decent price (compared with another brand that you see people wear to their local shops!!) they are of the same quality. I've tried the other way more expensive brand and I can't find any difference in quality so these are perfect and you don't need to be a brand snob to pay £70 more for something which is more or less the same apart from a logo!
