This was our 4th property sale and as usual everything was done very quickly and professionally with sound advice when we wanted clarification of anything.
Normally we deal with Anne, who is excellent, but unfortunately she was indisposed just as we approached exchange and completion, which could have made things really difficult.
However, Rosemary stepped into take her place and was brilliant, turning things round with the same speed as Anne so that we got the dates we were working to with no major hassle from our point of view.
Despite some of the negative comments on here all our dealings with any of the staff have always been totally positive and we would happily recommend them.
