I've used Spire Solicitors on two separate occasions for both the sale and purchase of property. The service has been excellent each time. Natalie and Wendy were both superb, professional, responsive, and incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. They kept everything moving smoothly and made what can be a stressful experience feel straightforward and well managed. Will be back in the future, thank you.

Working with David Fletcher as my mortgage solicitor was an excellent experience. From day one, David took the time to understand my situation and clearly explained every step of the process. I have nothing bad to say about this company as i can not get hold of anyone to book a appointment i phoned them yesterday to be told someone would get back to us which never happened so I rang again today to be told to try again in the morning . And to be honest I thought to my self not a very good start .So like I said nothing they have done its just simply we cant get in touch them

Firstly, one star is one star too many! Sadly there is no option for 'zero stars'... Craig Ward represented Trustees (potential buyers of my property) who were not in agreement regarding the purchase. The transaction started in late Jan/early Feb and as I write this in September, having reached the point of Exchange back in May, there is still no agreement. In my book, this is highly unprofessional and incredibly unethical. He has declined to explain the reasons for the delays when asked.

He has been unhelpful, slow at responding/failed to respond to requests for updates and been "economical with the truth".

Please avoid this firm for Conveyancing (I cannot speak for their other services) at all costs!

Excellent service from Tracy, Thomas and Ollie. They never made any promises, but done there work in less time to what I expected.
And Thomas could not have been any better in his Job, the Customer service he has given me is beyond .
Nothing was to much trouble for him and on our last Day he pult out every stop to get things signed and sorted, and he stayed in contact with me during the process of doing it!

If I had the option to give 0 stars I would. Six years after my step father passed, Spires have failed to resolve a small issue with a USA holding. My mother has since passed, and Spires have not responded to simple information requests since two months. A formal complaint to them has been lodged which has resulted in zero apologies whilst they are conducting a review! The questions continue to remain unanswered despite this formal complaint being lodged!

My husband died 7 years ago he made Spires executors....7 years on situation goes on. Poor communication. Large bill. I'm considering putting in a formal complaint I'm 78 now and this company is not helping me put my finances in order.Ann Stark

We used Spire Solicitors Conveyancing (Haydn, Molly and Wendy) for our house sale and subsequent purchase. They were excellent. We found that Solicitors being used by other people in our chain were nowhere near as good, Spire were far quicker at turning things round and keeping things moving forward promptly. We got the impression that Spire don't take on too many clients which means they have the time to keep on top of their workload and get the job done properly. They were easy to get in touch with and straight talking. I highly recommend Spire Solicitors for conveyancing, moving house is stressful enough and a good quality solicitor is invaluable.

main office is located on The Close in Norwich with a little parking by arrangement. reasonable for conveyancing. they seemed to be working mostly from home but were reasonably accessible by e mail and phone. as an experienced seller i had a pretty clear idea of how to progress the sale and how to respond to buyers solicitors often spurious queries. their prices were reasonable. if this is your first sale you might want your solicitor to take the reins a little more

Exceptional service for my house sale and purchase from Spire Solicitors. In particular Natalie Briggs - who is an absolute superstar.

The level of service received from Natalie throughout the whole process was five stars. Communication was incredible, Natalie was super professional and helped solved a couple of outstanding queries through her hard work and determination to get the house purchase completed for us.

Wouldn’t use anyone else for future conveyancing needs. Thoroughly recommend!

The service I received from June Salmon and Vikki Roberts was exemplary. I had a settlement agreement that needed sorting, and they were straight to the point and got everything done in three days. I felt supported and that I was in good hands. Thank you very much!

We recently called for advice about a new business lease. The information provided by the person we spoke to (Myles) didn’t seem right so we asked another solicitors to check who were amazed at the poor advice given. Avoid

Dealt with David fletcher for some conveyancing. Inexperienced, slow, and makes errors.i had to correct him a couple of times myself.

Terrible experience with this firm even though they represented the buyers of my flat the delays and experience was so awful that it impacted not only me but others who had to deal with delay after delay and a failure to disclose what information was needed to progress the sale. They took 7 months to do a simple transaction and were never ever helpful or professional - I read other reviews and it seems to be that they literally don’t care at all from the awful letter I received when I went to the trouble to write to them. It cost me thousands of pounds of losses and lots of lost sleep and anguish. Avoid.

Great help and service from Sal and Caroline at Norwich, Cathedral Close during my recent house move. Kept me informed throughout, talked me through those impossible to understand forms and ensured a smooth journey for me. Thanks and would thoroughly recommend.

At the end of 2021, in what were very difficult circumstances, I(we) sold a property jointly owned and I purchased a new property independently moving from Norwich, Norfolk, to Bollington in Cheshire. Caroline Tims & Sal Argent managed both the sale and purchase and I could not have hoped for better! Sal was so helpful and supportive throughout the whole process and I will remain so grateful for the services, guidance and understanding that were given to to me throughout. I was very worried about the additional stress that might put additional burden on me during a time of my own personal and professional turmoil and, as promised from the get go, Sal & Caroline had everything in hand at every stage and I needn't have worried at all - communication throughout was so good and reassuring. I am so pleased that my estate agent recommended them. Just brilliant. I really can not extend my thanks enough!!

To avoid losing our dream home, we had to move quickly. Donna was brilliant in supporting this, moving at pace, and even chasing the other solicitors which helped us complete in <6 weeks!

Don't believe the Google Reviews!

These are our vendors solicitors and they are absolutely awful. They take ages to respond to requests, they have sent through contracts which our solicitors says is ad legal practice. They do not respond to queries quickly (ranging from weeks to months!!) They are awful. Avoid avoid avoid.

Wouldn’t recommend at all, really poor service, never get back to you and keep passing to another department as no one can give an answer when you do speak to them, were happy to deal with my late step fathers will up until he died, then didn’t want anything to do with it. POOR POOR POOR.
