Alex Bob was excellent in his explanations and customer care. A pleasure to deal with. I also liked that my car was cleaned during my service plus the warranty meant I didn’t have a huge bill!

Our main request was to have the air_con repaired as it was repaired last year and failed again. It has now been repaired and is working well, essential in the current weather.
The mechanics also repaired the front brakes which were omitted by the garage which did the MOT.

My service clerk updated me and was very helpful!
