Awesome Rugs
Amazing quality rugs! I would love to carpet my entire house with them! They feel absolutely fantasic on the feet. I love the unique, one-off, handmade touches of the tassels etc.

Poor customer service
In October I purchased a cow hide, which had a hole in it, city cows agreed it was defective and asked that I return for a refund and they would cover the cost of the return. I'm still waiting! If you receive a damaged item or wish to return it for some reason, be prepared to pay for the return, the customer service is extremely poor, you will NOT receive a response.

hello sorry about your experience, the rug was not damaged it was sold to another customer We are the best value cowhide company in the UK and do not offer free returns as we do not encourage people to keep using non-zero-emission couriers to return the goods by offering free returns we are encouraging people to buy and send back,a culture which is not beneficial to the environment.please think of our poor planet next time

Good products, good value, good customer care.…
I bought 2 sheepskin fluffy footstools which I was extremely pleased with. One of them had a problem with one of the screw in legs. This was quickly dealt with and a replacement footstool was sent. I also bought 2 large sheepskin rugs which I am also pleased with. Good products, good value, good customer care.

No refund in over a month and chased…
No refund in over a month and chased more than 5x, with 3x calls to them today!
I bought sheepskin gloves in January. Umfortunately they weren't what I expected, wanted as I was replacing some I'd lost. I used City Cows because of their no nonsense refund guarentee. Well I could not have had an experience further from their own advertising. I call, am told it's being processed and then nothing. I even used recorded delivery for the return so they have had it since 19th January.
Be weary with this company - their customer service and refunding system isn't good or efficient
Issue has been resolved. It seems to have happened quickly after posting a review. Thank you for sorting this out, eventually.
