First item was faulty and was exchanged once they sent someone out to check the fault, however, my second item has developed the exact same fault but despite messaging (because you can't phone!) both the seller and beehivefurniture they have completely ignored me, I would not recommend this company at all, just ask to read their Terms & Conditions for returns before even thinking about purchasing anything from them. Item looked so good but the build quality is very poor.

Terrible service. Sent tv cabinet that was damaged. Sent another one, damaged again. Quality is terrible. Asked to return for refund. Arranged for pick up Wednesday. They said they try
To pick up Tuesday, the day before. Contacted collection company who said they would come today. Friday. Didn’t turn up so now they have said I need to speak to furniture warehouse, who you vent ever get in contact with as their live chat is always off! They don’t really respond to emails either! Now I’m wondering when I’m getting my refund!

They responded to my review with a complete lie. Not all customers receive a dispatch email because as I mentioned I did not receive any email (not even to my spam folder) apart from the order confirmation.

I ordered a bed settee from B&Q not knowing it would come from this company.It was delivered to my property,to the back door even though it clearly says use front door.They didnt knock{i have a dog that didnt bark} so when i realised it was outside the box was tapped up but clearly showing the item.At 75 years of age there was no way i could move it and 2 kind builders managed to get it into my kitchen where the packaging completely fell apart.Thankfully the item was ok once put together.It was obvious they didnt knock because i would have refused to except it in the condition the packaging was in.I would never have bought it if i had known it wasnt a B&Q stock itenm and would certainly not reccomend this company.

They misdelivered my bookcase to the wrong address, they took a photo of it at the wrong address, I told them I don't have it, I WAITED IN FOR THE DELIVERY, they told me to go ask for it back from where they delivered it, the people living there said they don't have it (classic), and Big Furniture Warehouse told me to call the police!!! They refused to resend or refund until I provided a crime reference number. If you order with these people pay by visa, then if they try and screw you over, your able to process a visa charge back through your bank.

This was easy to order at a great price. It came promptly and was easy to put together and looks very stylish

I was kept informed for the whole process, delivery went without a hitch and my little cabinet is beautiful, easy to assemble and looks perfect in situ.

The whole process from ordering and to recieving the product was so easy! Quick delivery with a gentleman that knew his manners, the product itself was easy to build, came with an easy read instruction booklet, took about 30 minutes to build, to which I now have a very sturdy, strong product that looks beautiful and stylish, well organised company highly recommend and I will be buying from here again.

Brilliant unit and very reasonable price

AVIOD THIS COMPANY!!!! Only received half my order as the delivery driver delivered my wardrobes by my bins without any signature or communication prior to delivery. I emailed Big Furniture Warehouse to ask where my order was as it was delayed by a month only to be told it had been delivered. I received the tracking information for my draws that were delivered and had communication from them throughout this but had nothing with the wardrobes at all. All they’ve said is they’ve been delivered and nothing they can do. No signature or communication with me at all on this parcel. Avoid like the plague.

There is no way to contact except via email with at least a 24hr wait for a response. I waited 2 weeks for delivery then, the wardrobe had to be taken away as the delivery people couldn't get it up the stairs. I was told it would be delivered flat-packed and built on-site. Further emails seemed to know nothing about this arrangement and I had to clarify over several emails. On delivery, over another week later, the wardrobe arrived fully assembled and the delivery people knew nothing about the arrangement. They were about to take it away again when we suggested unpacking it and removing the doors. This was done and they got it up the stairs. This could have been done the first time! I have another question: Are the wheels supposed to be left on? This makes the wardrobe unsteady when it is used.

Love the item even though had a part misding but did send it me promptly the only thing im not sure i like is the brown tape at the back where the 2 back panels meet its not very secure at all and keeps coming off could of done that better im not happy with that at all but the unit itself is lovely
