Meinem Vater wurde eine Geschenkkarte verkauft ohne dass Geld aufgeladen wurde. An der Kassa wurde mir gesagt da kann man jetzt nichts machen, da auf der Rechnung keine Kartennummer steht.

Cineplex Penzing und Königsbrunn ist echt super :) bin immer gerne Kunde dort!
Popcorn lecker, Sitze/Säle Sauber und Sound nicht zu laut, wie zB im Filmpalast in unserer Nähe!

Hadn't been to a movie for awhile, and now I know why. Way too many commercials, trailer for the movie I'm about to watch (!) And then more commercials, and more commercials, so the movie starts 15 minutes after the posted time. Thanks, I'll do Netflix and Prime at home. Goodbye theaters.

It doesn’t work. It’s useless. Can’t login. But the purchase of a movie worked no problem. So… $40 to RENT a movie but the app won’t work to watch it.

Cineplex website is the most hostile, annoying, depressing, upsetting, wannakillmyself, and stupid ever created after today I’m done with cineplex deleting my accounts you guy’s fo something you’re loosing customers really bab.

I tried to check the balance on my son's gift card. If you go to the website, they tell you to call 1-800-544-7573. If you call, they tell you to go to their website.
What??

Cinemas publish schedules randomly, perhaps just a day or two in advance. The website is truly user-hostile. There is no way to give feedback to the company (because they know they'd only get justified complaints.)

I dislike the pop machines where you can select multi- flavours. The pop is disgusting and often tastes of the previous customers pop choice. At times I let the machine run to try to flush it out, bit it is still gross. Bring back the old individual pour machines

Your app is a piece of garbage. NEVER works. Honestly - for a company your size - what an utter joke. Your janky app is actually making people want to stay home and forget going to a theatre. Seriously? How are you even in business with such shoddy garbage technology?

Can’t even buy movie tickets online if you wanted to lol

Went to see Oppenheimer, sound was great, it was amazing to see on the big screen, snacks were on par, and the theatre was clean
just wish they would do an intermission on 3 hour movies so you can load up on more snacks and have a bathroom break

Meine Partnerin hatte vor 3 Tagen online im Cineplex Leverkusen 4 Karten für (Oppenheimer) heute reserviert, diese per Sofortüberweisung bezahlt. Es kam keine Reservierungsbestätigung.
Sie rief heute im Cineplex an und hakte nach. Es läge keine Reservierung vor. Und die Plätze seien anderweitig vergeben.
Das käme schon mal vor, dass so etwas passiert, wurde ihr gesagt. Verständlicherweise war sie darüber verärgert und machte ihrem Unmut auch Luft, ohne aber beleidigend zu werden. Trotzdem kamen schroffe Antworten zurück. Ein Geschäftsführer war natürlich nicht zu sprechen. Und man wisse auch nicht ob er heute noch kommt. Inkompetent und und unfreundlich bis zuletzt.
Jetzt muss sich meine Partnerin selbst darum kümmern, dass sie das Geld zurück bekommt.

Website requires 2FA to log in to buy a movie ticket. After setting it up, login doesn't actually work. Just permanently asking me to log in after already logging in. Can't buy tickets. Website not loading.

The website is trash. Date selection randomly resets and before you know it you're buying tickets to the wrong day

Restaurant at VIP Brossard is now officially a cafeteria. Plastic fork and knife, no glass to drink our beer (you need to ask for one, and don’t expect a cold glass). Food is less than average and service is not VIP. I’m far from my previous experiences pre-COVID. We must realize that today, poor quality/less service/higher prices is the new standard. Last visit at the VIP restaurant.

Cineplex rental site declines card constantly that i dont use cineplex for rental or movie tickets any longer..if i could give it less than one star i would

The website is one of the worst we’ve ever seen.
Process and execution parameters are really disappointing. To book tickets the entire experience is a nightmare.
I’m sure I’ll ever try to prebook with cineplex again. So, it’s unlikely I’ll ever attempt to attend a theatre again.
It’ll be great when you can buy access to your own home theatre and avoid this website quagmire.
