Loved the free gifts with my subscription
I signed up for a subscription with Charava, after trying the products first, and I could not be happier.
The process was transparent and straightforward. Deliveries arrive on time and without any hassle.

2 Stars are for their operating system, not sure about their product (prefer to believe they are thrid party tested). However, recently Charava launched a loyalty program with added £5 credit. Previously i have earned £40 credit and intended to use it: The item cost £35-with the purchase coming their added bonuses which one of the is a FREE SHIPPMENT. At the end of checkout £5 credit disappeared, used £40 for £35 item and i had to pay shipment fees of £4.99. So why is this cheap trick: especially seeing in the same page Free Shipping and Shipping fee added? I really hate being fooled and scammed-even when does not cost me much. Still their Policy sucks and i am not shopping with them anymore, happily left all the credit i have not used.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m sorry for the frustration and confusion around how the discounts and shipping were applied at checkout.
Our loyalty credits and referral rewards are separate promotions and are not currently stackable. When multiple discounts are entered, Shopify automatically applies the highest-value code, which is why the £40 referral reward was used instead of the £5 loyalty credit. We appreciate that this is not always clear at checkout, and we are working on improving how this is communicated.
Regarding the referral rewards, our Refer a Friend programme is designed for genuine referrals to new customers. We’ve reviewed your account and can see multiple referral rewards being redeemed for deliveries to the same address. In these cases, our system may restrict how certain offers (such as free shipping) combine with referral codes to prevent misuse of the programme.
We understand how this may have appeared confusing at checkout, and we’re happy to review this with you directly. Please contact us at support@charava.com, and we’ll look into this for you.

Fast delivery
I've only been taking this product for a week and a half so won't comment on its effectiveness yet. Delivery was quick and product packaging is quality but I was a little thrown that the glass bottle the tablets came in wasn't product marked as shown in advertising. I'll repost when it's had time to work but overall positive so far
