The Chandelier & Mirror Company Ltd Recensioni

Excellent customer service and a fantastic mirror! I will definitely purchase from here again

Very pleased with the the mirror. The design is a real conversation starter. Unfortunately had a problem with the first mirror that was sent but C&M customer service was excellent. Very helpful and supportive and they organised a replacement straight away. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others.

I've purchased about 11 items from this company and they have all been excellent quality.

I was in quite a rush to get my chandelier, and found the staff at The Chandelier & Mirror Company Ltd, very friendly and helpful. My chandelier was deliver on time and very promptly.

Would absolutely recommend The Chandelier & Mirror Company Ltd.

Excellent company to deal with, placed an order and the following day got a phone call to arrange delivery, I am always sceptical when buying online but would not hesitate in recommending this company

Really pleased with my our purchase. It was delivered within days following online purchase nd a helpful phone call advising me of the delivery date. Smooth problem free process.

I ordered a mirror from Chandeliers & Mirrors, ordering via the Internet (late at night). The very next day I received a phone call informing me that it was out of stock but were expecting some in, in a couple of days, once in and checked they would call me to arrange delivery. They were true to their word. All in all a great experience. Great communication, Packed brilliantly, and Delivered on time. I will certainly buy from this company again.

Was happy with delivery time and packaging , but when the mirror came it looked cheap and totally the wrong colour . White or even antique white , was what I ordered , it came a horrible creamy yellow colour , it would have cost me a great deal to return it so I didn't bother , I'm waiting for my husband to spray it .

Quick delivery after a phone call to agree delivery date, very professional and the mirror looks good. My only gripe was the mirror had nylon ties attaching it to the back of the cardboard box so I could not pull it out. Should be some warning sticker on the outside of the packaging to let you know about this.

Beautiful Mirror, very quick delivery on chosen date and great service from the staff.

Ordered online however rung yo make delivery arrangements and was spot on really good quality product and good service

Order was processed so fast, item came better than expected and was delivered within a day!

Very happy with level of service received ,mirrors arrived undamaged and well protected in bubble wrap to avoid breakages .
Very happy with the fact we had a phone all the day before delivery to organise a convenient day for delivery
Would recommend using the company

I recently purchased a table lamp from this company. This was a speedy problem free transaction. The lamp was delivered by Royal Mail. It was impressively packaged and hence arrived in perfect condition. I highly recommend this company. It was a pleasure to deal with them.
