Simon Macera is an extremely professional, knowledgeable and patient person. Even when faced with tricky circumstances he always kept his cool, taking an emphatic and selfless approach to get the right results (win/win). I personally (as a client), felt he always had my interest at heart and he was always ready to go out of his way to help e.g. even if it meant getting to the property at 8am to let British Gas engineers in. He also did all the hard and dirty work with a genuine smile. Well done Simon, you're a star. Thank yo. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
