The agent were very nice to me and helped ne a lot finding my new property.

It was a great experience to receive Chancellors’ support in finding a rented property. Jess who assisted me was very helpful in communicating with the land lord and get the whole process completed very fast.

I had a very positive experience with Amelia from Chancellors. They were very professional and kept me informed throughout the process with regular updates. The whole process was straightforward and and easy to navigate. I would recommend Chancellors to anyone looking to move in the London area.

Our boiler packed on on Tuesday evening sometime, it has till not been fixed we have been without heating or hot water (so no baths) they are pathetic in doing anything when there is a problem. I dont know how you gave them 5 stars they are absolutely useless

Don’t use Chancellors (Sunbury, Bracknell) they don’t have any interest in landlords or tenants . They illegally retained 3 months rent for no reason had to threaten to leave them before they released the rent. Then extended an outdated agreement that had someone who no longer owned the property. Then I found out they were charging the wrong rent. So many phone calls lots of messages left no one contacted me to resolve the matter or explain why. Poor poor poor management. Also beware on them selling no deposit schemes, just check with the tenants that they haven’t got a deposit it’s just Chancellor way of making more money. Went to the ombudsman they agreed that I had a case against Chancellors, awarded compensation.
I thought that the estate agent business had clean up there act,

Luke was always there to answer any questions we had.He always got back to us if he was out on an appointment.
