We were looking for a new flat in Notting Hill and Hugh was very helpful. He stayed focused on the task, tried to understand exactly what were our preferences and provided excellent service.

Ruadhri Bates was so professional, friendly and accommodating. He chose some really good viable options of places for us to view which really showed he listened to what we wanted. He was the only agent that took the time to follow up with us after our viewings too. Great service.

Estate Agent Joey is the best! Not only he showed us properties that were well within our specifications and budget (he didn't try to push for more expensive ones or to compromise on stuff that we wanted), but also was vert kind and patient with my parents who came along to the viewings. He even drove us around in his own car. We had a blast!

We loved associating with Hugh in the Notting hill branch. Although, our deal couldn't materialize but he was always professional and transparent throughout our alliance, along with understanding our requirements well. He was never pushy and always also kept out best interest in mind along with the landlord. We would love to associate with him again at some point when we buy our property for letting.

The flats were of high quality and Ruadhri knew what I was looking for and brought to me relevant flats. While some other companies will send me everything, he only showed me what he thought i would be interested in. He was open and honest about the different situations & never pressured me as some other companies did. He was enjoyable to speak too and i would recommend!
