I viewed a property with Jack at Chancellors and although I didn’t proceed, he was great. He was very professional and informative about the property. He was able to help with all my questions. I can’t recommend chancellors enough.

My overall experience with Chancellors was excellent, from the initial rental process through to the end of my tenancy. I also had a very positive experience with Sophie Day, who managed my end-of-tenancy process efficiently and provided valuable assistance in finalizing the release of my deposit And return it.

I am a landlord and Chancellors has been handling a complete letting process for me for quite some time now. They make it smooth and easy, making sure everyone involved complies with all the current legislations . They are always there when you need them and everyone working there is competent, efficient and only a phone call or an email away.

Chancellors Notting Hill have helped re-let my flat, usual excellent proactive service from Edward Parker and Abi Mian. Sophie Day was also very helpful in dealing with a dilapidations claim arising from the previous tenancy.

We had an issue with our property and Rebecca from Chancellors arranged to have a review from a subcontractor, liaise with the tenants and arrange for the repairs. She acted swiftly and responsibly to make sure this was resolved.

I can only give Chancellors in Notting Hill the highest of praise. In particular, Jordan Law went above and beyond to help me find a home, even after hours and in the pouring rain. I cannot thank him enough for his quick responses and without him I would not have ended up with the perfect place for me.
