I dealt with Maisie Spooner at Chancellor’s property management. She was amazing at keeping me updated and chasing the contractor on my behalf. Thanks to Maisie for listening and understanding the urgency to prevent further water damage of the property. She was super professional and responsive to all my queries. Molly has a very professional and friendly telephone manner. She always follows up her calls with an explanatory e-mail. Since Shana Tolsma started managing our property, any situation that needed to be sorted was resolved swiftly and quickly, which compared to previous other people weren’t sorting anything out or we will have to be chasing them to get it resolved. She is definitely a great asset to your team and is doing excellent job.

I experienced excellent customer service due to Chancellors employee Georgie Jenner. She was prompt, courteous and understanding, seeing my tenancy renewal through to it's conclusion and answering any questions I had. It makes a difference when a mildly nerve wracking process (such as renewing a tenancy agreement) is handled by a single person and Georgie owned the task for me in such a professional manner that meant that I had no worries.

I have been renting out my property with Chancellors for almost 10 years now and it’s renewed annually. Emilia Williams from the Renewals team contacted me recently as my renewal is due in January , the whole process from first contact to completion took just under two weeks compared to previous years where it usually takes between 4 and 5 weeks. This is a significant improvement on previous years and great service , long may it continue!
