Shana Tolsma was very efficient clarifying account queries in a clear and precise manner. Recent dealings between local branch and Bracknell HQ seem to have improved.

Great experience with this letting agency. In our case, Jason Byrne was especially helpful with communication and kept everything well organised.

Communication is great. Any issues and they are dealt with in a timely manner.

Extremely poor property management, ongoing disrepair, and consistently misleading communication.

I have been left with a mouldy bathroom for over a month, which is still not resolved. Living with persistent mould is unacceptable and poses clear health risks, yet there has been no urgency or effective action taken.

In addition, the washing machine supplied with the property (and advertised as included) broke down and was left inaccessible for an entire week with wet clothes trapped inside. Contractors failed to attend as promised, I was misled about attempted contact, and repair timelines repeatedly changed. As a result, I was unable to do any laundry for over a week and may have had to dispose of clothing due to the condition they were left in. Despite this, the washing machine issue is still not resolved.

This reflects a wider pattern: repeated delays, contractors not turning up, poor coordination, and a complete lack of clear or honest communication. Issues are acknowledged but not resolved, and responsibility is continually deflected. No meaningful compensation or apology has been offered despite the significant inconvenience and distress caused.

I would not recommend Chancellors to anyone expecting basic standards of property maintenance, transparency, or professionalism.

Georgie Jenner provided a very professional service and the made the whole process of a rental review painless.

Will Voyce was very helpful over the Christmas period, arranging for emergency plumbing repairs to our property in a swift and efficient manner. Dylan provided excellent, timely service, under the supervision of his senior, Ms Georgia Collingwood, in my renting out process in Warfield.

He also answered my queries when Georgia was out.

He was able to line up the property management section in the pre-move in stage. He also took the lead to check the conditions of the property before the tenant moved in to ensure a good condition was made.
