Ordered an item and never delivered. They sent me photos of the delivery and it wasn’t even my front door .

Was promised my new golf bag on the 6th of June then the 7th of June before 8pm.At 8.01pm got a message saying it would now be delivered by the 11th of June. Stayed in all day. Don't use this shoddy outfit. No positive communication at all.

Advertised a club for sale, but after 4 days informed me it wasn't in stock. Poor communication and no responses to email inquiries..

Ordered a pair of Adidas trousers, 30/30 size. Paid postage of about £4 on top.
Refund policy states any returns , the buyer must pay postage, but they'll get the original postage back.
Got them and quickly realised they were very short. Label said 30/30, but leg length was a shade over 28.
Returned with note, asking for a correct pair.
Nothing heard for two weeks, so I phoned asking if the replacement had been dispatched.
Apparently , they'd just decided to refund me without telling me.
Checked my account and postage hadn't been refunded. Phoned and told them to do it - this is actually the law, so they're not doing a favour.
Still no refund after 2 months so gave up.
So, if you want some clothing you'll have to return and spend £9 to get nothing, this is the place for you.

I am deeply disappointed with the pair of shoes I received, which were advertised and sold as new. Upon arrival, it was evident that they were not only second-hand but also soiled with mud. There was no effort made to clean or present them as new. This level of disregard for quality and customer satisfaction is unacceptable. Despite numerous attempts to reach out via the helpline for a refund, my calls have gone unanswered, exacerbating my frustration with this whole experience

After spending an additional carriage fee of £9.99 for next day delivery my item was issued a revised delivery date 5 days from the promised ETA. It is now obvious I could have purchased the order cheaper and faster by shopping somewhere else.

Ordered some Ex demo clubs as we're cheaper then brand new ones. Placed order on Monday and they turned up Wednesday. The clubs look brand new , not a single mark on them. This was my second purchase from CGDiscount golf and certainly won't be my last. If you need to contact them they reply in a timely manner, what more can you ask.

Not sure why there are negative reviews on here, my experience was 5/5. Ordered Vokey wedge Sunday evening, then realised an hour later I had ordered wrong one, contacted the help email to inform them, then Mark sorted out first thing Monday morning. Club then arrived Tuesday! Definitely recommend and will use again.

One of the 3 items I ordered was supplied in the wrong size. I contacted them and was informed that it had been an error and to return the item and "we will send the correct size and refund the cost of returning the item."I have now received the correct sized item but, despite numerous requests no refund of the cost of postage. Very disappointing.

Wow amazing service. A big thank you to Mike for being very helpful. I rang at 2pm yesterday afternoon to place my order and my clubs were received at 9:30 this morning.

I would certainly recommend this company for price, helpfulness and 5* service. Would certainly use them again.

Order a set of ex demo irons. Was told 5 working days delivery, and that's when they arrived. Great clubs at a great price.

Ordered item on 5 Dec. Messaged that courier had collected item and given a delivery date. Offered a refund on 7 Dec? Messaged that delivery would be 7-8 Dec. Further message informing delivery was running late and would now be expected 9-13 Dec. Added to this message was another for a refund. Further message on 13 Dec saying item was lost but could still be delivered. Another offer for a refund. I asked for the refund and was told curtly it had been paid. There is no record of this being true according to my bank. I sent a message back to this idiot Mark to say I had not received the refund, the reply was obviously cut and pasted from the original sent by him on 7 Dec. Watch this space because if it’s not resolved in 5 working days I am persuing him through the small claims court

I ordered footjoy socks to be shipped to France on octobre 1st.Already plaid and never received.My 2 mails to the customer dept were not even answered.Looks more liké robbery than anything else.

Advertise one colour and send out another, I can return if not happy, No sh$t, sherlock.
Edit-I ordered another one of these in Academy/Steel colour but Amazon was fullfilling the order, what was the odds they sent out the exact same wrong colour as this one...

I ordered Taylormade putter spider GT on 22nd september. It arrived this morning on 25th. I read the reviews and panicked after placing the order. I rang them and Mike rang me to say it is already on its way.
The item was well packed, delivered in pristine condition. Cant find any fault with the service.
They need a website manager to confirm the order on email and send estimated time for delivery. Thank you CGgolf discount centre for excellent and prompt service and thanks to Mike for being helpful in allaying the fears of some of the unjustified bad reviews. 5 star service ....prompt and efficient.

Ordered golf shirts, paid for delivery estimated at 3-5 working days.
No shirts, no reply to e-mails and no answer to phone calls.
Three weeks later, we now have the shirts. The company reckon their e-mail server was down for 3 weeks.
The shirts were very nice, but I won’t be using this company in the future.

I was worried about the number of 1 star reviews as I checked out Trust Pilot before I placed my first order, so I placed the first order for just 1 Item (A Callaway Mavrik 3 Wood).
The order was placed Saturday 19th August at 13:36 pm. I received order confirmation by email which stated that delivery would take 3 to 5 working days. The product arrived well packaged and in perfect condition on Tuesday 22nd August at 15:30.
What can I say? 5 Stars for sure. I have just ordered my second Item - A Callaway Mavrik Driver. Maybe another 5 star review?
