Ordered golf balls... paid for them... didnt recieve them ...... No one from CG discount will reply to my emails. Tried calling... phone rings out.....

This company will not help when there is an issue.. they just blame the courier and wash their hands of the problem. They dont answer emails and will not refund when things are not delivered. I wouldn't use them again and would advise potential buyers to look for a more trustworthy company to send your money...

placed an order for next day delivery, before noon, next day, no delivery, email them after trying the phones with no luck. got an email back a day later telling me they are having stock issues, no email or contact telling me until i raised the issue, now i am waiting for my refund which has already taken 3 days..AVOID

Very prompt service , fast delivery ,item as described at a very good price ,cannot really fault as I ordered & paid for the stand bag on the 17/06/23 & it was delivered today on the 20/06/23 by parcel force , well pleased with the service that I received many thanks.

This was my first time ordering from CG Golf Discount. I ordered a taylormade wedge on Sunday. The 5th March. It arrived today. Firstly, the club I purchased was £30 cheaper than any other online retailer. It was exactly as described. What all the negative feedback is about I don't know. Yes , I was sceptical, mainly due to the price and some reviews. What a fantastic service from these guys. Fast delivery, brilliant prices and excellent product. One very satisfied customer

Had a problem with a pair of shoes which was dealt with professionally and friendly manner. I will use this company again

Can’t rate this company high enough. Really good pricing and a big choice of options. Don’t think I’ve ever dealt with a speedier delivery in 35 years of buying golf equipment.

Should have looked at previous reviews, seriously, don't order from this company! Placed an order 2 weeks ago, no dispatch information, no expected arrival date, though the money was taken by Paypal immediately. Emails not answered, phone rings out then drops call! Hence incommunicado!

I ordered a set of golf irons at a very competitive price, and only after ordering did I decide to check out CG Discount Golf. I was horrified when I read the negative reviews!!! I needn’t have worried at all as I received my clubs early and in perfect condition. I don’t normally write reviews but I do use them, so I thought I’d add a review about my positive experience using this company. Couldn’t have been better and I’d strongly recommend to use. Fantastic service.

My order was placed 29/9/22 and was EVENTUALLY delivered 31/10/22 - missing the birthday which the products were for (which was the second but last weekend of Oct). I called - and eventually got a reply, promising the products within the next 5 days. Did not appear. I emailed. No reply. I emailed again. No reply. I emailed again and was told the products would be another 4 days - they did not arrive. I asked for a full refund and was told the goods were in and that they were being dispatched. I foolishly believed them. They did not arrive. I emailed again (and again, and again ....) and got a promise that they were being dispatched and that it was ALL Sketchers fault as they are such a difficult company to deal with and have no customer service at all. It's a real shame, as when I spoke to Mike on the phone I mentioned all the bad reviews - and his reply was that people only leave bad reviews, not good ones --- but if this is the level of "service" which CG Discount Golf offers, I now understand why there are no good reviews. In fairness, the products were good value, but I could have got them for the same price elsewhere and I'm sure delivered far quicker than these were. Sorry to say, I would not recommend this company and I will certainly not be using them again.

Ordered a special edition Itsy Bitsy DJ Putter and it is just unbelievable and a great price.

Made up and could not recommend these guys enough.

Will not deal with them again as they are so unhelpful can't be bothered to reply to messages so passed off with them I can not explain what they do to avoid a resolution

Thanks for the reviews everyone has left on here I was considering a set of rbz speedlite irons because they are £100 cheaper than else where but after reading these I will be going elsewhere and pay the extra 100. Thanks people

Avoid this seller go somewhere else. I ordered a golf club and it was labelled as Mens Right handed. It didn't feel or look right so contacted them, they assured me it was fine it was just the new model. I queried this but they insisted it was the new model and it was a mans club. I checked the bar code and it said it was a women's club so sent it back and asked for a refund. They did not give me a full refund and said they don't make them for men, the internet had many men's club so you can't believe what they say, still have not paid the shortfall, horrible place, "discount" is a joke I found it for £20 less, they discount the refund!

I have bought items from CG before without issues but I won't be using them again. As other people have written, they are selling items on their website that they do not have in stock. I bought a top on Monday morning. I received an email late Tuesday evening to say they didn't have it and did I want a refund or a different colour. I replied to say a refund.
I then had to call them several times and they eventually refunded me on Thursday and told me it would be in my account that day or the following. Given Easter, I waited until the Tuesday, still no money showing. When I called I was told by Joanne that it was my bank's fault that I hadn't received the refund yet and I should contact them.
I was not happy and expressed this in a polite way. I was told that she didn't need the aggro, there were bigger things going on in the world and she hung up on me!
I rang back and said that I wasn't happy that they were selling items they didn't have in stock and was told that they send out so many items it will have sold out. On Monday they had ALL sizes in stock allegedly and within 24 hours they had sold every single one of them.
I have been out of pocket for over a week now, I've been misled and hung up on by some woman who is clearly in the wrong job.

My golf shoes were 8 months old and the sole developed a problem. Contacted CG and told to return them. Following day I was contacted and confirmed there was a problem with the shoe and offered alternatives , I decided not to go for the same make. Paid the difference and went for Skechers instead- I had a call confirming the size and 48 hrs later my new shoes arrived. Thank you Jo and Mike for excellent service and will certainly use your company again.

Several months ago, I bought some golf gloves on a "deal" 3 for 2 or something like that, so long ago I can't remember. They didn't arrive as they had apparently been sent to an incomplete address, which according to Mike at discount golf, was my fault even though they'd delivered stuff to me previously! Instead of sorting out the problem, Mike told me that when (if) the gloves were returned they would send them out again. Very bad customer service. Anyway, after several more emails from me to Mike (which were ignored) he finally emailed to tell me that the gloves had been resent and gave me a tracking number. From that number, I saw that the gloves had been delivered but not to me! I emailed Mike again (several times) to ask him to follow up with Royal Mail but didn't get a response. So, I've given up! They have my money and I have nothing. Obviously, I will never deal with these people again and urge you to do the same.

Ordered an advertised item to be sent a near as replacement item...they advertise stock that isn't in stock ??????? That's a very poor business model, should never be allowed.
I returned the not wanted Adidas trousers that were sent to me for a £44.99 refund to be told that they had received the parcel from me but an Adidas jumper had been returned with no tags and not the trousers.
Total lies. Why would they say that?
I returned trousers to be told that I sent a jumper which puts the blame on me. I am 100% sure what I returned.
Some 4 weeks on, I have not received a refund and they now just ignore my emails.
Do not go near this company - TOTALLY DISGUSTED.
